    I like your way of using our traditional vessels, unlike all others who are showing off.
    I am not offending buying online is wrong but after a while, our younger generation will lose our traditional identity what is manpanai,silver vessels, idli panai like that. Common being a tamilian, that's our treasure.
    I like the way you don't dramatize any of those things for camera sake and showing real home things as the way you are and your house hold things. Watching your videos gives no odd feeling except being in our own house or in our relative house. You are the one who is showing real things in real way. Subscribed just after seeing this. very impressive. Just be the way you are and rock ahead.

    Very nice, I do the same way. One more small tip u can forth the milk after adding churd, it will set like that only and u will get a excellent top layer.

    Beautifully explained,,I have tried many times without knowing the right method to prepare all failed maa ,here ppl mix milk pd to cow's milk n tairu to sell, only we purchase milk n yoghurt, from supermarkets imported comes in containers,India ppl are blessed..we buy yoghurt ,,no choice. but I will try with your method...tq sis..m,sia..

    nice curd n interesting.. I tried once in my life but it ended in fungus :( . but I will try this.... and curd and yogurt are different dear . I also thought its same.

    Why should we not use the same milk boiling vessel for making curd? Will it not give same thick curd? Why to transfer it to other vessel?

      Milk solids will be deposited in the bottom of the vessels which would give unpleasant smell if we keep it the curd for more than a day

      Thank you. You please keep the milk (To be fermented) on a wooden veg cutter if any & cover it with a big vessel such that it provides the warm environment for the milk

      Aarthi cafe: winter la super thayir set achu, thanks so much. Used room temp curd, stainless vessel, boiled , cooled and kept inside a crockpot and covered it with a small blanket, 8 hours la tasty thayir ready. Thanks again!

    Carry panra thayir afternoon saapadarathukulla pulippa ayidaadha?.. Small doubt.. I usually carry milk in a cup after adding one spoon of curd.. Before lunch curd will be formed..
