I live in an apartment, which means that complicated construction doesn't work. This is so simple and something we're going to do this weekend, thank you so much for coming up with a way to make a table that doesn't involve expensive tools that the average person doesn't have lying around!!
This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.
I made this table last weekend! It looks great. The galvanized steel pipes were the most expensive. The whole project cost about $300. Thank you for the tutorial! Look forward to making more of your things.
I really like how simple the instructions are to follow..idiot proof, they way I need them! I also love the focus is on the project not the people. They show just enough of themselves to show they are human and every day people. Very nice job, folks! Keep up the good work!
I just want to thank you guys for making such wonderful stuff, BUT you make things so that the person who doesn’t have a shop full of tools can also make them as well. Thank you thank you thank you.
Your videos kick @$$ because you make it simple enough for the guy with limited ability and tools to make some AWESOME projects they can be proud of. Keep up the good work.
Rob Aubry, they are cool little projects, but keep in mind they aren't the best or smartest design or quality craftsmanship. Therfore, they really don't last long before they start to warp and /or break apart. Gluing and screwing only last so long, but there are a lot of better ways of doing things that will ensure the quality and longevity of your wood furniture and projects.
Just built this table over the last two days. First - it turned out to be AMAZING and I can't thank the instructions and video enough for walking me through it. I ended up resizing and making a taller, thinner kitchen island. The entire project ended up costing $200 to make. Piping alone was $140 at Home Depot. Wood was $25. Random other things like stain, poly, sandpaper were about $30 as well. Still cheaper than purchasing (and WAY cooler making your own from scratch!) an already made table that would have cost you upwards of $800-2000 for the style. I would highly recommend giving it a go if you have the time and little bit of extra cash!
If you have a Menards in your area, their plumbing pipe is cheaper and it is just as good in quality as Lowes or Home Depot. You can also find it cheaper on Amazon. I made a toilet paper holder last weekend and it was only $5 for the pipe if that.
What a gorgeous piece of furniture! I'm redoing my new apartment in wood n iron (coffee table, dining table and shelves, etc.) and I would love to have this piece. Beautiful work and it didn't seem like a hard project at all. God bless!😇
just finished making this table... it looks awesome. wish I could add photo here. your video was EXCELLENT... we are first-timers at something like this and had no real hiccups. did it all for about $250... pipes were the bulk of the cost (everything was purchased at our local home depot... and in a SINGLE trip). as far as the top screws... one the screws holes were puttied, sanded, stained and poly'd, they totally blend in with the distressed farmhouse look and I'd be hard pressed to even see them. The worst part was removing the price stickers on the pipes, half of which were covered in tape! basically just scraped them off with a razor. anyway... THANK YOU! the video was great... and I love your dog!
The Rehab Life Would LOVE if you guys could show us how to do a stool to match this table! round or rectangular, no matter. my thought is to do a matching bench and a couple of stools. A how to video would be awesome!
My Fiance' and I just followed your video which is very easy to follow, and we succeed in making a lovely Farm Table. We got loads of compliments. Thank you so much. Thumb up !!!!
I am 3 D printer 4 corks to go in the feet (reducer couplings) of the legs so floors don't get marred. Will then put felt on them. You could not use the reducers and use the floor flanges on both ends. I would recommend biscuits or pegs and gluing the table top boards together before screwing down so there aren't cracks or warping for food to get caught in. It is coming out great. Box store wood isn't the best. Just the pipe was $300.00.at Lowes .I stained Red Oak. 4 coats of Poly so far.
I love the rustic look of this, opening up a restaurant soon...this is great for DYI and hunting reclaim wood for my high long table. Thank you so much! Just save me lots of $$! :)
Thanks for the video. I just made a similar version for my computer desk in my garage. Came out really nice! I only used one set of pipes on the left, and the right and back sides are floating using a 2x4 I had. Very good video. Now my wife wants me to build a new dining room table haha!
We made it and the table looks incredible! We decided to use hairpin legs that we ordered from Amazon to match the aesthetic of the rest of our home, but nonetheless this is a legit tutorial - thanks!!!
I love your videos! I made one of the barn doors and it turned out awesome! Will be doing a longer version of this next. And then for the shelves. You really explain things well and make it really simple. Thank You!
I have always said you two are awesome. You have allowed me to build through your videos. One thing, can you put a cost for each build? Sometimes we get caught up not realizing the costs until it’s too late. I understand your cost will be different from my cost but still it gives us a gauge on the cost of the build. Thank you again and keep them videos coming.
I just started watching your videos and when it warms up this spring I'm going to build that table in my garage. Thank you very much and I am looking forward to more of your builds. Oh I'm subscribing now.
Thank you very much for this. I built a kitchen Island with this top as a counter. Did everything like your plan but extended it to 72" X 37". It is perfect! I built the base with IKEA reclaimed base cabinets that I attached together to make a 60" X 23" counter on which I attached the top. Looks amazing!
I made one exactly like this but used hard copper instead of galvanized pipe and it came out looking soo nice :) I didnt use any stain though, just poly, just because copper pairs way better with lighter colored wood.
I like what you've shared. I'm going to make a reclaimed American Chestnut & pipe table for our kitchen space this weekend. I'll be creating a plans and video set for them. Should be fun and no doubt a good compliment to your work. Thanks for sharing and I can see the materials list links in your description. Excellent resource for would be diy'ers.
Hey there Rehab Life makers! I love your table. It looks a lot like the one I created. Difference being the materials and how I offset my pipes. That said... I am promoting your video at the end of my video. Because our table are so darn close but also so different. I think your subscribers will love the comparisons and their ideas will expand. We do things differently and have different models but they do compliment one another. Keep on making~ #farmtable #industrialfarmtable #pipetable
Oh my goodness!..you guys build amazing pieces,.this particular industrial stable is gorgeous,..I just love it so so much!..I really need one of these tables in my life 😁
I absolutely love it!!! U guys are so awesome !!! U make every project so easy for us to do at home and I thank u both soooo very much!! I'm a house wife so I love to do diy's at home to make my house beautiful without breaking the bank lol.I see how u did this but I want mines longer so I can fit 3 chairs on each side and one on each end. Now that I have found any easy method to follow I know I can do this!!! Thanx again for your awesome videos!!!
May I hire you? I love this table and am wanting to build my own furniture I can. You always make it look so easy. Really can you make and send it to me?
I think you should have waited until it was leap year and all of the stars were aligned before building this table..... I would never have built this table on a full moon. Nice Job man!!!!!!
Cost 12/2021 at Lowes in NJ $433.00. Galvanized is not black pipe. There is a difference. I will stretch top to 40 x 60. Will let you know how it goes.
Awesome plan! Any way to bring the cost down without giving up quality and sturdiness? I'm trying to stay around the $200 budget. I planned to use hairpin legs, but I'm loving the industrial look -but it's pricey. Thanks!!
You can turn this table into an industrial desk if you adjust the height to 29" or 30" and move the center support beam to the back by changing the piping accordingly.
Bonsoir, Super votre vidéo et merci. Y a t il un plan de montage et la liste des éléments de plomberie pour monter cette table en français? Cordialement. Merveilleux vœux.
Hi there, I absolutely love this design. I wonder if you could help me with tabletop supply dimensions if I wanted to make the table top 28 inches x 6 feet. I want to do a project with my son on a single mom budget with limited tools. this looks like we could make an amazing desk for him. I really do love this design and look, thank you so much for sharing
I am going to build this for my sister for her new home. Could you please help me and tell me what the wood measurements would be if I wanted to make this table 7 ft by 4ft? It would mean a lot, thank you.
Hey guys, nice work! I was wondering what your thoughts were of using reclaimed wood vs. new & stained wood. Any advantages or disadvantages? I'm not usually super pumped on how my stained wood turns out. It ends up looking pretty meh. But the reclaimed stuff has a natural wear to it which helps the furniture look more pro. Just wondering what your thoughts are.
Awesome video, question, with what do you clean the pipes after you buy it and do you put any kind of sealer, wax or something after it's clean? thanks, keep those videos coming. :)
That's surprising, most of the Home Depots should carry these materials. Otherwse, we have links in our video description to order items online. Thanks for watching!

How UA-cam videos should be. No talking, just straight instructions and no distractions.
Thank you ☺️❤️

What kind of wood did you use
@@thedegeneratesdigest138 Whatever regular lumbar is. Not sure, really.
Love the video. So easy to follow, not unnecessarily long and showed all the steps.
I really like how simple the instructions are to follow..idiot proof, they way I need them! I also love the focus is on the project not the people. They show just enough of themselves to show they are human and every day people. Very nice job, folks! Keep up the good work!

Beautiful piece….I plan to make my it light grey wash. No worries pics to follow. Thank you for your inspiration

Post a picture of your kitchen island so the rest of us can see....
I was going to comment above, I never realized how expensive Galv. Piping was.

james tracy: Could you tell us please, approx. how much did you spent? Thank you

Thanks for watching! Glad to hear the project turned out well. We have the same issue with those stickers, they don't make it easy!
The Rehab Life Would LOVE if you guys could show us how to do a stool to match this table! round or rectangular, no matter. my thought is to do a matching bench and a couple of stools. A how to video would be awesome!
Recently had to remove dozens of those stickers for a big shelf. Putting the pipes in water for a few hours makes it a lot easier.
My Fiance' and I just followed your video which is very easy to follow, and we succeed in making a lovely Farm Table. We got loads of compliments. Thank you so much. Thumb up !!!!
Love your table top idea! Much cheaper than using one piece of butcher block countertop and looks great!
I really like your style because your listing down all needed materials, that’s cool.
Thanks!

Ngoc Tran how much did this cost at the end?

Good luck with the dining table!
We made it and the table looks incredible! We decided to use hairpin legs that we ordered from Amazon to match the aesthetic of the rest of our home, but nonetheless this is a legit tutorial - thanks!!!
You did not make this, stop lying.
I think a small desk version of this would be cool!!
Please keep making more videos!! Ya'll are awesome and make these so easy to follow along.
A very aesthetically pleasing design and as always a nice, easy construction.
I love your videos! I made one of the barn doors and it turned out awesome! Will be doing a longer version of this next. And then for the shelves. You really explain things well and make it really simple. Thank You!
Amazing project! The pipe comes perfectly finished too. Can’t wait to do this! Thank you!!
Thanks for following!

That sounds awesome!
I'm from Tunisia and I love your work 👍👍👍👏👏👏
Dude that table is awesome!
Wish it was a bit bigger.
Note: make a coffee table with same setup
I am waitimg for the industrial style chairs to go along with this amazing table guys!
What type of timber have you used for this table? Excellent project!
This looks gorgeous! Wouldn’t imagine it could be a diy
I made one exactly like this but used hard copper instead of galvanized pipe and it came out looking soo nice :) I didnt use any stain though, just poly, just because copper pairs way better with lighter colored wood.

I absolutely love it!!! U guys are so awesome !!! U make every project so easy for us to do at home and I thank u both soooo very much!! Me encanto, espero pronto poder hacerla. Gracias!
You make everything look so easy..
Congratulations!
Can you make a computer desk version!! Maybe longer?
Great table
I love your projects! Inspired. Is it possible to make this table with an extension sleeve to make it longer?
I shrunk it down to make 24 x 24 end tables. Turned out great
Wow. I want to try this at home! ;-) Great video; clear instructions.... Love your pup!!!
😍😍😍😍 Justo lo que necesitaba ❤️ gracias!
May I hire you? I love this table and am wanting to build my own furniture I can. You always make it look so easy. Really can you make and send it to me?
LOVE THIS SOOOOOO MUCH! I'm going out tomorrow to buy a saw so I can make one of these.
I would love to make this! It looks so awesome but a bit small, could you kindly list the materials I would need to make a 70x38x30 table please?
I think you should have waited until it was leap year and all of the stars were aligned before building this table..... I would never have built this table on a full moon. Nice Job man!!!!!!
Cost 12/2021 at Lowes in NJ $433.00. Galvanized is not black pipe. There is a difference. I will stretch top to 40 x 60. Will let you know how it goes.

Actually thinking about buying a space heater so I can work in the cold Michigan garage and make this!
I really loved your videos!
I also have a question, is it 33 3/4? Or 34 3/4 for the w? Thanks for responding :)
That puppy was soo cute
You can turn this table into an industrial desk if you adjust the height to 29" or 30" and move the center support beam to the back by changing the piping accordingly.
You make it look easy, great work
Awesome! Excellent Tutorial. You gotta tell us the name of this MUSIC.
Thanks! It's called Melodic Hip Hop by Micrah.
Awesome , thank you for the vids .
That looks really cool. I'll have to try this and follow some of the suggestions in the comments so it come out right/better.
I love your videos
Bonsoir,
Super votre vidéo et merci.
Y a t il un plan de montage et la liste des éléments de plomberie pour monter cette table en français?
Cordialement.
Merveilleux vœux.
Great table. A few questions: is it ok to use a power sander to finish this table? About how much did it cost in total to make the table?
Hi there, I absolutely love this design. I wonder if you could help me with tabletop supply dimensions if I wanted to make the table top 28 inches x 6 feet. I want to do a project with my son on a single mom budget with limited tools. this looks like we could make an amazing desk for him. I really do love this design and look, thank you so much for sharing
you just earned yourself a sub!
I'd really like your work, no more discussion or blah blah blah, great job, I'll enjoy watching video.
Thank you 🙏
Any suggestions on finding straight/not warped lumber.
Very nice work, looks great! 🤓👍🏼
I am going to build this for my sister for her new home. Could you please help me and tell me what the wood measurements would be if I wanted to make this table 7 ft by 4ft? It would mean a lot, thank you.
So if you want this table to be counter height...you just remove the six inch legs and replace with an additional 18 inch correct?
Fantastic video. Gonna have a go at making one of these tables myself...maybe just a bit longer though. Where did you get the metal pipe from?
that's cute table.simple look
So, I'm doing this, but as a desk. I will be changing the legs for it. Just got everything for it.
Exactly what I was looking for, thanks for the great idea!!!
I’m going to try this one
Love the videos, great way to start the morning. I was wondering if you guys know how to make a picnic table or a rocking chair
Wowowow. Love this thanks. :) I have a sander, I just need the rest of the stuff 😂😂
We've got faith!
Great job! How would I go about making it at least a 6ft. table? Thanks
Great job
Hey guys, nice work! I was wondering what your thoughts were of using reclaimed wood vs. new & stained wood. Any advantages or disadvantages? I'm not usually super pumped on how my stained wood turns out. It ends up looking pretty meh. But the reclaimed stuff has a natural wear to it which helps the furniture look more pro. Just wondering what your thoughts are.
I know this video was made 3 years ago but may I ask how you got your pipes that dark color or did they come that way? Thanks great job
Best video ever very detailed, and cute dog
Awesome video, question, with what do you clean the pipes after you buy it and do you put any kind of sealer, wax or something after it's clean? thanks, keep those videos coming. :)
If I wanted to make a 48l x 36w and 30 Height table what pipe sizes would I need ?
Love it do you think you can make a chair that matches the table?
Simplesmente linda a mesa 👏👏👏
Thanks!! Can you get the material at a store? Homedepot doesn't seem to carry much piping
That's surprising, most of the Home Depots should carry these materials. Otherwse, we have links in our video description to order items online. Thanks for watching!
Thanks - I came across it after looking at the comments. Silly me!
Simply amazing! I may have to do this one, if I get the ok from the wife
i made 2 weeks before..nice job i put flange and for the legs down for not taking some much power the wood floor
awesome job.
Great job!!
What height of chairs would one buy for this? Can somebody please help. I want to build this but need to know what chair size to get
Best of the best
