I got baptized in 2009 & filled with the Holy Ghost that same year. Never heard Bro Barnes preach except thru watching on UA-cam. Thankful for messages saved so we can listen & watch later. I needed this encouragement!

In Colossians chapter 1, we are told "who" Jesus is. He is the image of the invisible God, and He made all things in the heavens and in the earth. How does the first book in the Bible start? Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. It goes on to tell all that God made. You might want to read all of Colossians chapter 1, Colossians chapter 2, Romans chapter 1, just to mention a few.
Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Colossians 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Even Jesus claimed to be God in so many words. The Jewish Rabbis certainly knew that's what Jesus claimed. Unlike modern skeptics, the Jewish rabbis never denied that Jesus made the claim that He was God. Instead, they called Him a liar, and tried Him for blasphemy.
John 10:30 I and my Father are one.
John 10:31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
John 10:32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
John 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
There are many other books of the Bible that tell us who Jesus is, but the ones I've listed are enough to prove to me who Jesus is. What say ye?
Jesus is God
John 1:1 In the Greek In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, AND GOD was the Word. God created by speaking.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us..................................
Amen! There is one LORD, one faith and one baptism. One God (not three), and Father of all who is above all, in all and through all.
And Jesus Christ IS that God. The Son IS the Father manifested in the flesh.
Trinitarianism is not scriptural

Amen! It is! And the signs are here. Just read and it’ll tell you all you need to know. Technology has finally tried to literally steal from God. And that’s enough. If folks could see the true spirit saving someone, such as my salvation, maybe it would help to change the hearts of people. So many are condemned and they believe that just because they congregate with folks it’s enough. But it’s not. To make it, you have to have been saved. Truly saved. By the spirit. God bless everyone.

One God
The Greek word Kai is translated as and, it is also Even or that is. The word And does not mean another person. Matt 28:19 says NAME singular which is Jesus. All you have to do is read through acts and notice when they mentioned baptism. Jesus is considered the Lamb of God, the King of Kings, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the High Priest. And you believe that, but you don’t believe that One God can be all of that and more.
Isaiah 44:6-8 KJVS
[6] Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. [7] And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them. There can’t be two first and last.

Why is Jesus called / Identified as the Mighty God, and the everlasting Father?

God put on flesh, and became as a man.

All that God is resides in the Body of Jesus.

God is Spirit. How does a Spirit have blood? There is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood.
So God produced a human body to be sacrificed for the payment of sin for all.
Well over 300 times the singular pronoun is used when speaking of God. The Greek Τριάδα is translated trinity. Not once is it used by the Apostles, nor of the OT writers. The OT is clear that ONE God was taught, then after the Apostles died He changed His mind?
