Excellent video! Amazing how you provided literally everything in short and sweet video. Last year I was trying to start this unit and for some reason it wouldn’t start. I even tried fuel starter and it would go for couple secs then stall out. Hoping your video will help 😅
I haven't had that issue with mine yet. I failed to show it, but when I turn my generator off, all I do is turn the fuel petcock lever back to the "off" position. That causes the fuel in the carburetor to run out and not leave fuel residue on the jets which causes starting issues.
I wasn't aiming to get a generator with a bunch of bells and whistles on it, but at the time, I badly needed a generator to power some basic household functions during a snowstorm and this was the only one available.

Do you always put the choke on when starting up
If it's less than 75° outside, I'll choke it to assist with starting. Any warmer than that and it probably won't need to be choked.

It has a battery charger built-in so why do you discourage its use? It's convenient for elderly people.
How about a video showing how to start it after the Co2 sensor tripped.
I haven't had mine shut off due to high C02 levels yet. If it does and I find a solution. I'll upload a video on that
