This is really going to allow people who otherwise would not be able to travel, be able to travel. This is awesome. Great video Susan
Winnebago Industries has a well thought RV and ADA compliant
Very awesome. We have a Roam and it's been so helpful.
That's awesome. It's so wonderful to hear that people don't let their disabilities stop them from enjoying life.
Really nice watching your version of this video. You covered a lot of important extra information. Thanks for sharing.
I was so pumped and excited to tour this RV. Hopefully it helps Disabled People choose the right RV for them.
That was so awesome of her to give you the grand tour Susan. Great video with a lot of lnformation!!
I was honored to get a message from Winnebago to do this tour. This was one of the main reasons that I came to the RV Tampa Show
@@NewHorizons2020 That’s awesome Susan. So glad you were able to be there and had a good time.
$400K EEEEEK. They are getting better and better each year in regards to accessibility. But going up and up and up in price as well.
Newmar 3911 model is also wheelchair accessible
That’s pretty awesome. As a wheelchair user I would love to be able to go camping again, if I could ever afford one I’d definitely get one. Thank you for sharing.
Winnebago is the only manufacturer that accommodates the Handicapped people. And that's a horrible shame. I wish also that they were lower in price. They have everything that you need in them to feel comfortable out on the road.
@@NewHorizons2020 I came across this video of a travel trailer for wheelchair users: ua-cam.com/video/ti259xNciEU/v-deo.html It’s not a Winnebago, and it missed several key points for wheelchair users (no roll in shower, seems pretty narrow, and has a manual ramp instead of a lift. At least they tried)
I'll have to check it out. Winnebago has really came through for the Handicapped people.
Hand controls to drive? Imma a Wheeler and would want to drive (I’m paying for it.)
IS there anyway to get this without the propane....an all electric coach?
I honestly don't know. That could be a really good question you could ask a dealer or call and ask someone at Winnebago.
Newmar has ben making three models for handicap people for a number of years.
And they still won't make one that quadriplegics that are independent can use because they won't listen to us
Handicapped accessible RV ask handicapped people will kill it will make you such a great RV woohoo we could make that RV for half the price and fully wheelchair-accessible
Surprise
Thank you
You still do not have a ADA compliant vanity. Look at your shower/toilet and try to get close enough to use the sink. The 30' had a compliant vanity.
How do you get how do you get in the chair that's my question when you're in a wheelchair and the shower for that matter
The bathroom is a good start, but no one with mobility challenges can use a toilet that’s so low! WHY? Isn’t the toilet at ADA height? No bars? Not realistic for a tall disabled person
I hate it when you have the money to do something and you can't do it because people don't listen the RV is great if you're rich and you want to bring Grandma
So you can get in you can roll around in it and your wheelchair but you can't get in bed you can't get in the bathroom and you can't drive
It is really a shame that you don't ask the handicapped Community what they need I really wish you would we need to be able to transfer we want to drive on our own in our own wheelchairs there's lift that could just put us right in the shower right on the toilet and we could be independent please listen to us. From Sandra Holden one of the handicap models from sure hands
She's not being truthful I'm in a wheelchair I've called their hundred times they do not take our suggestions
I'd let the sales rep suk it.
