The clear straps aren't meant to be worn but to be used to hook onto a hanger.

They are helpful to keep off the shoulder items off the shoulder. Of you put your arms through them rather than over your shoulder of that makes sense. Just a little fyi ;)
kaylee tran These clear straps are actually meant to be worn :) I have some off shoulder shirts with straps so that they keep the blouse off the shoulder and not slipping. The ones designed for hangers are not made in such a way that they go over your shoulder as the strap is only on one side of the shirt :)

I got mine at JCP for $80 a few years ago
Lalkaxo i found my dress at Ross for $20 shoes at payless for $17 (on sale), purse (clutch) at Ross for i wanna say $15 and my jewlery at forever 21 for about $25 (necklace, earings and bracelet) and i did my hair myself only spending money on curlers (i think for 8 bucks which i always reuse)
Took me awhile but my patience paid off i know someone who spent nearly $200 on her dress alone, which is crazy
Go to Tobi if you search it on google it'll come up they have really nice things for a nice proce

Curious what u do with all these dresses after the fact...... I do abt Canada, but the US has several programs where u can donate gowns to be given away to chicks that can't swing the price of a homecoming/prom dress.... Obviously theyre ur dresses do as u like with em.... Just a suggestion❤❤❤
