Gosh, I just sent it off to sell. It just didn't work for me because I moved and it's too big for every day and not big enough for travel. LVLenka is whom I am selling it through. She's on instagram and has a store online. It's in great condition and should be listed soon.
It's so interesting to see how different people pay attention to different details. Bag feet (or lack thereof), length of the strap, practicality (zipper)... designing a good luxury bag IS a challenge!

@@totesgene I'm saying this also because I make handbags 😜 sometimes, people ask and insist for specific details and they don't care about aspects that I think are important... I'm always surprised 😜

4:40 💯I simply don’t understand why for some people it’s a game changer. Like you said, the rest of the leather will touch the surface it’s sitting on. Do what I do, and do not place your bag on anything dirty and esp not on the ground. It’s one superstition I can get on board 😅

Finally an Ophidia medium tote review,,,thank you SO MUCH!! I really think I need this bag but I was worried about the sides protruding and you've answered that question!! Yay! You rock! I can deal with the pain of pushing sides back in every single time I open it (rolling the eyes) cause after all, beauty is painful!! And I totally agree with the stretched out LV Alma looking not good. I learned the hard way to NEVER zip it up all the way (or leave almost empty) and had to sell the bag and buy a new one which still looks great and has never been zipped over the half way point. So glad I found your channel today!!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Gene!!

I have the same bag and I think his bag sides are bulging because of the bag organizer. I don’t need to push the sides every time I open the zipper.

@totegene When I have to carry my 13 inch laptop , I use an organizer and keep my sides entirely out , although I am not sure if you can use it that way but the bag looks good with the sides out too. I noticed the bag might need a small organizer that is not end to end for the sides to not buldge.
I do use only top handles, unless am traveling I don’t need the strap.

@@ivykalusa Absolutely not. It does not fit my 13" Macbook and I do not think it would fit the biggest iPad pro either. It fits my iPad Pro 11" perfectly.
I have the same bag. My 1st luxury bag purchase after 10 yrs. I had always wanted the gucci boston vintage web bag, but it was discontinued a few yrs back, and this tote is the closest to that one, so i got this one. I have a love/hate relationship with it. Maybe more hate now because i kinda got tired of monogram bags. It does elevate your appearance, but it's kind of uncomfortable to carry sometimes because it's such a sturdy bag, so it tends to feel hard sometimes. It is very roomy. I have an 11 month old, and i can carry my essentials and my baby's essentials in it. Like u said, it's a perfect personal bag to use during flights. It wont get dirty, so u won't have to worry about placing it under your airplane seat. It is also uncommon. U wont see a lot of people carrying it, probably because it a little more pricey than other gucci bags. Im actually contemplating on selling it, but i dont know where to sell it to get a good price, but now that i watched your video, im rethinking selling it. You are right. There arent any reviews of this bag online, but i think its because not a lot of people own it.
I love this bag. I love that it's sturdy. I like structured bags more than non-structured bags. It's beautiful. I don't carry it much because of it's size. It's too big to take to dinner and too small to take to work, but I still love it. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Omg... I've been considering this bag for a while! I think I may have to pull the trigger soon. I'm not sure if I'll go for the small or large. I agree about the shoulder strap for the EXACT reason you said.. It doesn't have the enclosure to put the strap completely in... BUT, it's truly so gorgeous! 😍😍😍

I concur with you on the shoulder straps with Gucci … i have a few bags that are just wayy too long for me as a shoulder bag .. it seems to only be a problem with Gucci that I’ve noticed

I have wanted this purse for along time.I was just looking at the price on the website and it looks like the price has actually dropped just a little bit from what it use to be and I was wondering why. Now I think I just figured it out. This purse used to have to little slot pockets on the inside of the purse and I see on this inside of yours that the y are not there anymore. And maybe that is the reason why. Which is perfectly fine with me. I’m perfectly fine with without those slots and paying a lower price as long as the zipper pocket is still there.BTW… great video. I just happened to stumble across your channel. I love the details you gave on this gave. I definitely subscribed!

don't have much confidence in your body? do you have legs growing out of your ears? I don't think . so it's ok, don't worry. An excellent bag, I chose between it and a simple shopper bag, I prefer not structured. so for me it’s Gucci Ophidia Medium GG.
Did you know that Alma in Monogram Empreinte Leather not structured like a monogram canvas?! I love Alma very much, but I could not accept that she is tough and structured, now I have a soft Alma in Empreinte Leather .
