I have had Vancouver bag in smooth leather for over 2 years. The leather gets scratched easily as well as metal hardware. However, I like the style and practicality of this bag. I have recently bought Tokyo in small size. It holds more than one expects. No zipper. A bit flimsy closure. I haven’t used it much yet so not ready for review yet. Great style though.
The black suede and the chocolate brown suede or on my buy list-I love the feel of suede and these are gorgeous. ❤
I have the New York midi in black CROC I LOVE it. I have Hermes, Chanel, and by far this is my favorite everyday bag!
I love the little bean. At 5’ I’m always looking for a chic bag that doesn’t overpower my petite stature. Also, loving those price points.

I have the Tokyo and 100% recommend! You can get 20% off when Saks or Neiman has their promotion, the downside is these department stores may not carry the style you want.

The tote in Midi size is a good size for me. I see that it can already fits a lot. Good for travel too if it has a zipper. I mean travel as hand carrier. I know a lot of people love the Neverfull as travel bag but i prefer one with a zipper. If this has a zipper, it is perfect. Yeah love the Vancouver bag too, it is very simple yet elegant. I am so tempted...Thanks for sharing and congrats your 50K subscribers 😍🤗🥂Yes bigger bags are coming back like we have so much to carry after the Covid 😂of course i carry more if i were to go out the whole day. Get the Midi Tote if you prefer big bag. Ok that is just nice size, not too big and not too small.

Love the low-key, minimalist designs. But I don’t like the large buckle on the Vancouver collection. The New York tote reminds me of the Polene tote.
I was just in Paris and came across these bags at Samaritan department store. Glad I did because I was going to order one of it during X-mass.
So I was not impressed with neither quality of leather nor the feel of it. Somehow it felt stiff and plastic to me

My Demellier Picks: I’ve been eyeing the New York tote in mocha suede, tan or black. The mini New York is not listed… your video shows the black croc cutie which is also intriguing. Hmmm. I would prefer the actual bag review. I have heard a lot about Demellier in recent years, looks like a brand that gets its hype in social media. I like the Vancouver bag, but always wanted to see a honest review of someone who has a good sense of reference what level of quality is desired in 500 euro/usd level bag. Actually, while being in France this summer I have encountered a stand with Demellier bags in Galleries Lafayette (apparel shopping mall) and I was disappointed with smooth leather quality on Vancouver bag. Pebbled leather versions were great, but the ones in smooth leather looked easily scratchable, too thin annnnd not perfectly sewn. To me they felt more of a 200 euro bag, not a 500+ euro. It would be interesting to know if I was simply "unlucky" that day or this is their constant standard :)
I know it is leather and not coated canvas but the folded corners make me so nervous, they really get hit with wear. I love the esthetic of this brand. I have been torn between the Vancouver and the Montreal for years! Moc-croc gets me every single time and theirs is stunning. I haven’t purchased mainly because I can’t choose between the two styles. I really prefer a top handle that folds down in some way with a shoulder/crossbody strap. The Montreal top handle doesn’t fold down, but it is there, so point taken away for the rigid handle. The Vancouver doesn’t have any sort of top handle, so point taken away, but the design….. 💗💗💗💗 I think I have decided on the Vancouver, but the saga continues…. Which color???!!! 😳😳😳
I have the New York midi and it is such a beautiful well made stylish bag. I think I'm going purchase the larger size in black. The color I have now is a light taupe and it fits everything. Its such a unique design and well made. I love this brand.

I was interested in this brand but then saw Tanner Leatherstein’s video where he examines the quality of it and makes me think it may have quality problems. They do look beautiful though.

I just purchased and received the New York Midi bag in black. It is so so chic. Goes with both casual and fancier ensembles. And has this certain style to it that can present itself to be either elegant or edgy, depending on how you wear it. Love it.

I recently got the New York midi in olive green. Loved it so much I ordered the black and a suede Vancouver crossbody. They are lightweight, quality, stylish at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend and I await your unboxing video.😊

This was a great video. I have purchased on of their bags. I did a video on it. I agree. I think this bag is beautiful. The Black one and Carmel one is beautiful. I think the sued one is gorgeous. The price point is awesome.

I would love the Tokyo but it does not have a zipper. Just the thin strap closure. I can see everything falling out. I have a London MIDI , I believe it is discontinued and a Vancouver in a discontinued tan croc. I love them both but they hold far less than you would think.
I have the demellier NY, in a small size in buttermilk for sale on Vestiare. It’s barely used. I got it as I’m quite impulsive with colours sometimes. I am planning to get it in a brown instead!
Does Demellier hardware scratch easily? Because I have been reading online that it does… would appreciate your thoughts experience
I love DeMellier. I tried the regular Vancouver on and it is very comfortable. But I think I will go with Fleuron Hortensia instead as the strap is not looped through the hardware (kinked and wrinkled over time).
How about trying to see if your dept store stocks them to try on? I think Saks does.

I have the tan Vancouver and love it and also I bought a gold New York mini off Saks and love it, super light and so nicely well made for the price, im eyeing maybe getting another small Vancouver, wish they would come out with a pink... also love the Paris, reminds me of the Celine 16
I love Demellier! I think it is excellent quality, and the smooth leather and gold hardware stand up pretty well to the environment, in my opinion. I don’t mind the tiny bit of wear on mine at all, but then again, I’m pretty gentle on my things in general. I have the Quebec Smooth Leather Clutch Bag, which is a small rectangle crossbody that fits the essentials, and you can remove the strap for it to become a dressy clutch. I have my eye on the regular-sized Vancouver and New York Midi Tote as well 😍 The suede Tokyo tote is gorgeous indeed! What a gorgeous tote design…
Hi Hannah, this brand has really lovely bags. I like the poppy red color of some of their bags. Considering you already have a tote I would suggest that you get the midi New York bag. It’s different it doesn’t look like a tote it’s not too big and there’s a Crossbody strap if you want to go hands-free 😊❤
I have the white mock croc in the Vancouver style. I absolutely l9ve it had it for over a year and it's one of my go to bag. I'm looking at the New York and the Montreal both in the size midi. Get one you won't regret it and it's very light.

I have the Vancouver in navy and the nano montreal in a caramel and LOVE them both. I do have to say though they go on sale so it may be worth waiting for that before purchasing full price

I definitely want the Vancouver but can’t decide on a color. Classic black is the easy choice, the taupe keeps drawing my eye, but that green is just lovely.

Bought the Tokyo small in black croc effect. Super pretty. A bag you can take from day to night. I thought it won't fit my stuff but when I tried, it could fit my small compact wallet, cardholder, keys, alchohol, small toiletry bag and cellphone.😊
I own the Vancouver in the beautiful caramel brown grained leather. I prefer this leather rather than the smooth finish to avoid scratches.
I own a mini lousanne (I think they are not available anymore) and really like the quality!

I understand what you mean about the gold hardware on the Vancouver! It’s quite a lot of real estate it’s taking up on the bag! 😂 I’m still leaning towards the midi NY but they never have the color combo I want in stock!!
