Battle in Bama 2023

After a tough week avoiding storms all over the east coast photographing cars I finally made my first trip to Battle in Bama in Mobile Alabama.
I've had this show on my radar for several years, and finally had it on an open weekend where I could attend.
Thanks to Craig and the staff for making me feel at home by letting me camp for the weekend in Homewrecker.
Also thanks to our great friend Jay Church for letting us tag along for some killer seafood on Friday night.
I wound up leaving the show early Saturday before they had the traditional taco feast, and cruise in.
I think I did the show a favor by leaving because I heard the nighttime events were almost perfect.
Also I was blown away by the show grounds in the shadow of the USS Alabama. Even if you can't attend Battle in Bama you should definitely try to stop, and check out the museum it's pretty awesome.
I made it back to florida in time for sunset, and to take a week off riding mountain bikes with the wifey.
