It would be nice if you could always clarify whether you are referring to sloping ‘upwards’ or ‘downwards’. By just saying slope from N to S or E to W does not tell the audience whether you mean sloping downwards or upwards from one direction to the other. It’s so confusing!!!!!

In modern time where buildup area and plot area both are same due to very expensive land slope means when you wash your floor in which direction that water goes. If rain falls on roof in which direction that water travells to reach the dranage point.
Slope means which path water chooses itself without any mechanical force. Water never choose lower to upward path. Water tend to move freely only from up to down in nature from mountains to plains.
If Sw to ne is a good slope then the main door will be in SW which you described the worst main door ?? I am confused, can we have your number to call you and understand better
