Karm is of course the base, but other things also matters. It's just that if other things are in right place things will become bit easier that's all. But yeah, I'd your Karm is strong & clear then of course external factors won't matter much, but 99% of the people are enslaved by their mind/past Karm.
If you are able to do all of the things you wrote, then that means either you are spiritual enough to attain moksha or you are a god. Sadly, most people are not. Whatever you wrote is correct, but at least try to acknowledge the science of vaastu. Yahi cheez kal ko humlog bhul jayenge maan lo, aur westerners isi pe research karke hume bechenge, tab ye sab hume 'cool' lagega. Ghar ki murgi, daal barabar wali baat hai.
From last 10 years I changed my home 5 times. Out of that 3 homes are south west facing and that direction came out so lucky. Most of the good news are received in south west homes. It’s hard to believe that south west is inauspicious.

I have heard, in Southern hemisphere countries North and South directions are interchanged for Vastu.
Vaastu shastra is all for the rich... think about the poor they want just roof over their head... and they will be more happy too

Namashkar kindly please consider give guidelines for indian origin people living in the southern hemisphere ( particularly those living in Mauritius island near east of Madagascar ) do the directions, and presiding deities are same as per those considered in authentic vastu shastra books as the march of sun and wind flow directions not same and even we do have only summer and winter seasons not 6 ritu as in central indian regions and does the size of the island should be considered? Thanks very much.

This should be explained with drawing. Just keeping center point in the house and speaking is not understandable.
Stand in the center of the house and check the compass, he clearly said that... Line the compass needle with north. Then check which direction your main door is, where the kitchen and toilet are. Not rocket science.

sari bat barabar but earth can only be divided into north and south, eat and west are imaginary term as we cant define center, today's west can be east if someone have decided to make asia on west direction of world map, India was golden bird and many century ago there was no concept of eastern world and western world, if we take any point in america as center then the west and east would be different and thus it applies for every single coordinates, in short north and south is fix but east and west depends on your current coordinates.

Again he is going wrong. A lot of things in Vastu depends on your personalised Kundli. He is saying you shouldn’t have a door in SW but in some cases the place of planets favoured SW door. So Vastu is very personalised topic and it should be considered by matching it with your kundli.
