Great to see how Gunship is evolving, even their music videos are getting more and more professional. To think they've started with 80's movies clip mash-ups as their official music videos :D
This is great but the 80's movie clip videos are awesome and I would hate for them to stop such a cool thing that they've really made their own. Maybe they could do a music video and clip video for each song? Or alternate each video type depending on which songs suit each type? Great work though Gunship!
This is probably the closest experience that I can get watching Gunship live, even if it is just a premier of a music video. I live in Malaysia. @@TheDemon2.0met her and her drummer Adam in LA a few weeks ago by Whiskey a go go, at the Rainbow bar after I played a set.
She was super nice, surprisingly small world.
@@TheDemon2.0sure he meant with Gunship.
@@TheDemon2.0from what I've heard of her so far on Wargasm, she's far better on this song than she is in her own band.
@@ConnorMcCartney95 Wargasm live is great fun, I recommend it.
My favorite song! I know it's a cliché, but please come to Brazil
Simultaneously hitting the Terminator nostalgia vibe, and the futuristic Cyberpunk 2077 vibe. Very clever, and what an absolute banger of a tune. LOVE IT
Ngl im getting original Bubblegum Crisis energy as well
Another GUNSHIP hit that I'll be playing on repeat for years to come.
Fantastic as always.
I can't stop rewatching this. Milkie Way fits in so freaking well!
God I hope Gunship tours in America soon! I would travel anywhere to see them, their music would be so incredible live.
I was just saying this to a friend I work with that never heard them before. She was like wow, how did you find this? Reminded her of a roller skating rink.
Not that far from today, honestly. The only difference is the guys who dress like that just go to raves instead of rock shows, usually.
@@brentkeister680 that sounds so 80s its so cute.
I hope you all tour soon as well.❤❤Loving the new music. We're here for you we'll be there.
This is amazing and mad props for getting Tim Cappello to come back for another amazing single by GUNSHIP
used to listen to synthwave and my music taste evolved into heavy metal
became a slayer fan and dave lombardo led me here, full circle
thank you gunship, literal masterpiece
I am late to the Gunship party and it is a bloody mystery to me why you never showed up in any of my streaming services as a suggestion. I listen to so much synthwave. Happy I finally found you.
Been waiting five years for this album and the sheer energy in this track has me absolutely begging for the rest of it…… incredible tempo and composition them bam Tim pops up with sax, it just builds and builds.
There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this track
Im a old death metal head from the 80s and still, this song is pure, absolute gold (ok its Gunship with Lombardo, Milky Way and Tim all togheter in a cyborg club what do you expect ffs). What a fucking banger. The beat, the vocals, the chorus, the sax, the sexyness, this-is-absolute-gold.
I'm right there with you play deicide Legion 1 minute next minute gunship go figure
wait wtf why is ex-Slayer drummer in this? this barely even has drums audible
Pure
Gunship at full strength. Tim Capellos a don. Even some spicy guitarage! Love the female vocals on this too. Had to look her up. Wargasm stomp!
Man, Timmy is as silky-smooth as he has ever been. He adds such a unique flavor to everything he is involved in, and he fits in with what you guys do very, very well. Yet another great song, and the video slays. Excellent work.
TRT is a hell of a drug. apparently. He looks great!
Oh what another banger by Gunship. Love the quiet "woo" also. Puts a smile on my face every damn time. Please, please, pretty please, go on tour Gunship!
This is a GLORIOUS track. Seeing again Tim Cappello with his Sax really drives me nuts!!! WE NEED A LOST BOYS REBOOT DAMNIT!! WE NEED IT IN A NEW AND POLISHED VERSION WITH GUNSHIP OST.
Amazing work guys!
What an excellent song! Gunship keeps getting better with every album. The 80's nostalgia perfectly worked into well-produced tracks is a gift to this world. I can look back and look ahead in the same moment and relish the beautiful music this band creates. LOVE YOU GUYS! Every new release is exciting, and this new album will be killer.
- Make peace, spread love, and rock on
Masterpiece in every way, hands down..
I cannot wait to get my hands on album number three. I'd love to catch them live one day, if they'll ever take this on stage. Every album is a gift!
This music proves the 80’s will live forever. Thank you gunship for doing what you do. Can’t wait for the album to drop.
Tim AND Milkie Way? I can't take this off repeat!
Damn Daniel, the synths on this are something else!
Good to see you guys putting yourselves out there in a video. Alex & Dan 🍻
P.S. sic solo. Hoping there's more guitar on the album
I guess you mean Alex’ and Dan? ;)
Tim Capello absolutely killing it as always! What an amazing tune!!
what an epic cyberpunk masterpiece!
Great to see how Gunship is evolving, even their music videos are getting more and more professional. To think they've started with 80's movies clip mash-ups as their official music videos :D
i like the mash ups better
This is great but the 80's movie clip videos are awesome and I would hate for them to stop such a cool thing that they've really made their own. Maybe they could do a music video and clip video for each song? Or alternate each video type depending on which songs suit each type? Great work though Gunship!
I'd like more videos like dark all day! 50/50.
@@matthewsummerfield80 I thought this would be a live action remake of it. Pretty good though.
all my fave 80's hooks together,
This is probably the closest experience that I can get watching Gunship live, even if it is just a premier of a music video. I live in Malaysia. With the current outlook of the economy, in my 40s with rheumatoid athritis, I don't think I will be able to travel and watch these guys live in the near future. Thanks for the awesome music and experience all these years.
i am so glad that their music can reach you and make you feel happy. i do hope you get pleasure from their music
@@madelinecashmore3515 Thanks and yeah have been enjoying their music. I have been listening to synthwave for years. Funnily enough, the first synthwave song that I heard was a youtube video titled Real GTA made by Corridor Digital 8 years ago. In that video, they used Carpenter Brut's Paradise Warfare. I have been tuning in to synthwave ever since.
"How many 80s power should we put in that song ?" "Yes"
мы? ты играешь в этой группе???
All of it!
@@morodersem Это просто шутка, описывающая время, когда группа создавала эту песню.
This track has been on repeat all day!
When I started listening to gunship they only had a few thousand subscribers. When i first stsrted listening i was broken and homeless. So much in my life has changed since then. Some of their music helped me push through many hard times.
Good as always. Dunno what's an ad about but it's the best one. Gunship never dissapoints.
Tim Cappello is always a win! Thank you Gunship for including him in more projects! please, keep doing it so! The Sax is soooooooooooooo nice. 🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷
I’ve never been a fan of the horror themes, but these guys are brilliant musicians and songwriters. The best of the synthwave genre by far.
Petition to make Milkie way a permanent member of the band, holy shit. What a great song.
The female voice comes in handy. Petition granted.
Yeah the dynamic she's woken up in the group is magical
YES!! It's finally here. This band has never made a bad song.
Not bad but this one is mediocre at best.
Been listening to Gunship for about 5 years now!! Never disappointed! Such a wonderful sound! Legend….
I feel like this was an Easter egg hunt. Ones I spotted:
- Cyberdyne logo at the start
- 4x4 jeep from end of The Terminator
- Blade Runner landscape
- The Lost Boys "I Still Believe" tribute
- Red Terminator eyes all around
I'm sure I missed more
N7 (Mass Effect) logo in the crowd when the audience runs towards the stage near the end
I still can't believe Dave Lombardo is jamming on this. Dude has been a metal god my entire life. This is so damn cool.
Monster in Paradise is an amazing track! I can’t stop listening to it. Perfection.
This is one of the best bands that exists right now. Such a cool vibe all around.
Wow. Listening to this on repeat, nonstop, one play after another. You guys have done it again. Can't wait for Unicorn!
Ever since the self-titled album, the sound has evolved into something so much more melodic and full. Ever since I first heard Pink Mist, Gunship has quickly become one of my favorite bands and 'Monster in Paradise' has me more excited for an album than I've been in a long time!
Wargasm and Cappello on stage at the same time must be something wild to see live
I love Gunship and Tim Capello, please never stop working together
