I bought a FX on the Allen and heath store, but I don’t know how to see them into the console

I've not done that myself, but when you unlock one it just makes it available - all the FX are already installed. I'd recommend looking on the forum for help: community.allen-heath.com/forums/forum/sq

How would you connect outboard gear to the insert of each channel? Thank you.

Hi, sorry wanted to look at the desk to check this. On the Insert page you can route the send and return to local sockets, for instance, and plug your gear in that way.

CAN YOU ADD MORE THEN ONE EFFECT TO THE SAME CHANNEL?

You can't using inserts, but you can route the channel into one or more FX channels and achieve it that way.
