The Japan vibes are vibulating. Tried out a new lens that someone gifted to me in Ueno and at the Sensoji Temple. The focus ring is a lot faster than any lens I've ever used so sorry if anything goes out of focus 😔 Hope you enjoy!
Shot on Sony a6700 with AF Nikkor 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-D

Nice ! Video had a nice look to it.
thank you! pushing myself to learn more about color grading :)
Wow Jesper! What an interesting way to captivate the aesthetic and life found within Japan. Thank you for such an amazing video and I can't wait to you and your channel grow! 😁😁
wow kelvin! i appreciate the amount of effort you put into this comment! its viewers like you that continue to inspire me to create videos like these. cheers :)
The Miriam Webster dictionary defines the word captivate as “to influence and dominate by some special charm, art, or trait and with an irresistible appeal”
I think the word you were looking for is “capture”

@@lukastantic5862 Thanks for your feedback! This was a typo as I made this comment well past midnight and was too tired to see my error. What I meant to say was, "captivate the audience with the aesthetic and life found within Japan", and this truly was an oversight. I appreciate your kindness as you corrected my mistake within my comment and I will strive to work towards bettering my English vocabulary.
UA-cam algorithm dropped it on my homepage…
But I watched it like I was watching a beautiful movie!🤎🕺🏻
Greetings from Turkey 🙋🏻♀️
glad you enjoyed! cheers :)
Nice work!!
thank you!
super cool stuff man. i went to japan for the first time this summer and you totally captured the calmer vibe. love the work.
thanks dude :)
❤❤
Great colors and film emulation 👍🏻 keep it coming
thanks! glad you liked it :)
Keep up the good work mate!! 🥂
thanks director 🫡
Super cool color grading man! Was thinking of getting the A6700 as well, but read alot of overheating issues with it. Did yours overheated after prolong video recording?
hey thanks! ive been working on my colors
no issues with overheating so far, even in the heat of japan and taiwan. they had a firmware update that fixed all the issues. unless you live somewhere really hot and happen to shoot a lot of talking heads you should be fine :)
worse comes to worst ulanzi sells a cooling fan that basically turns your a6700 into an fx30 with a mechanical shutter. no external raw tho :(
would definitely recommend the a6700. solid camera
Nice Video :)
thank you!
How did you attached the Niikor to Sony?
i used a fotasy adapter on amazon. i love using vintage lenses since they have tons of character and are often really cheap!

certain speed boosters are better for adapting lenses and can make it so theres autofocus if the lens youre adapting has auto but theyre usually a lot pricier so i just go manual on ordinary adapters.
@@jespyfilms Does it support autofocus?
unfortunately adapters dont support autofocus or ibis. i pull focus manually
@@jespyfilms Great job!
thanks! :)
