Your wrist still get a good bit thicker from alot of arm work like this. At least mine do. Mine went from 6in to 8in in thickness..so pretty big difference when you're really squeezing
@@renato7184 well now I train them 2xs a week but the biggest I've ever had them was 10 years ago and I would train them every day except sun. Same time every day so they always had at least 23 hrs rest

Try once in four days for the start. Then if youre serious about it, do it every second day. 3 sets of each excercise. Dont overdo it at the beginning, just go what feels natural, dont kill your forearms at start
I was thinking the same thing I have an average forearms and I've always wanted a big muscular forearms but bench press with pause always worked for me
@@DennisJosephin Excuse me? You've probably never done heavy training. It made my forearms huge. Chins n bent over rows were the two back exercises I always did. Deadlifts until I got an injury. My forearms were chickens when I started n they got big in a year, back was my second favourite bodypart to blast after calves.

Only one japanase armwrestler which i know by name is Yoshi. But i don t want be hater.Its hard compare asians armwrestlers ( i mean japanase, korean, chinese) with Europeans because they don t go to ours tournaments and Europeans fights only in Europe also(rare in USA).

Big muscle should be strong but in armwrestling you need specific strenght.I know two attitude to armwrestling training to training. Lifting heavy weights and doing +20 reps. But I can' t imagine how he deal with men with thicker palm if he use ordinary handle.
