Did you know stress is partly to do with addiction…
Talking to one of my ocean freight connections the other day.
I’ve known him 6+ years, he’s always stressed.
In our last call we talked about the ocean freight market and their upcoming bid event. He said: “I just know it’s going to be stressful”
Guess what, if you believe that, it will be!
So, why do we get stressed?
Lots of reasons, one of them is about your body being addicted to the stress hormone, watch the video to find out more!
The thing is, if you want to stick with what you are doing (the thing that is stressing you out), then you must change your perception about it. You must find different ways to think, feel and act to take away the stress.
