This is part 1 on how to Make Designer Toys. Using kilz Original Oil-Based Stain Blocker Interior Primer. Then I fill in all the holes and imperfections on the surface of the part to get it ready for the final wet sanding, polishing, and clear coating for part 2 and for part 3 mold making

Just watched this to try and calm down from a panic attack now I'm chill and on to part two of these videos
Im glad it helped calm you down.
I appreciate this man, I want to start making designer toys, I've been drawing forever and have been meaning to get into this artform. Appreciate all the videos man
Hopefully I’ll have more toy making content soon. Things have been a little crazy.
Boy he needed some "L.A.'s Totally Awesome" spay to get rid of that grease n oil. Ohhh! Making your own figures is sooo cool.
im working on some new ones! thanks for checking out the video!
This is super dope keep it up man
Thank you
Definitely interesting to watch. Recently interviewed Xelephant and his vinyl toy collection.
Keep the stick in it and it’s a candy apple toy!
I'm actually playing with the idea of making different fruit tops for the new vinyl version :)
What material did you use to make the sculpt btw
This one was a 3D printed part using acrylate resin it give a nice clean finish but has a lot of oil they come off the parts
@@WolfPits thanks im planning on making my own art toys and your videos have been really helpful. Even though you may be a small creator now I know this channel will get lots of attention
@@daveyo3654 thank you! I really want to just share what I have learned along the way and how I was able to do it with nothing. if you ever have any questions feel free to ask.
Wolf Pits got it:) thanks!
i'm not sure why this was recommended to me or how it applies to me but cool video nonetheless.
I’m glad you liked the video :)
Well how are the toys made? Like you just started from the you already being made? Where’s the presteps?
rthis was a 3d printed part, I will be redoing this series very soon, I'll have a work space again to make it
I'm sure nobody does this like this anymore. This is like a very long process and every video I've seen so far they don't even do half as much as to stuff as this guy is doing. And the toys on the other videos are full far more detailed than this toy. So this has to be an outdated method. Doing it like this guy doesn't will probably take you 8 months to make one toy.
Yeah the process in longer making the first prototype but I needed up working with a factory to make them in vinyl instead. So I have not had a chance to keep making these videos. My friend at li life is terrible toys had a great channel on mold making you might want to check out
