That corset turned out SO CUTE!! It looks so comfy too! I love the little buttons on the sides. Personally, I would have put a thicker interfacing/lining layer to help support the buttons, but it's got that whimsy-comfy look so its cute!
having worn it a couple times, I definitely agree - I typically buy my lining layers from charity shops which are just old bedsheets 😂 trying to get the button holes all straight and the same size was awful lol
I just came across you. But those elf ears remind me of my younger sister. She works with children and every year at Christmas she Shows up on facebook dressed as an elf.

this is such a cute make!!!! i LOVE the fabrics you chose, and i love it even more with the buttons instead😮 giving me inspo to make something like this too!! you could go the lazy route and use some markers on the coloured thread to make them blend in a bit more, just be careful not to get any on your beautiful fabrics!!!!!

How many meters of fabric did you need
@@treeofpurple not that much luckily! I used scraps of fabric, I already had! when it comes to buying fabric I'm terrible and usually end up with double I need so I have a lot of spare 😅😂
