I remember seeing one of these when I was younger and I instantly fell in love. As a huge AMG fan I think this carl looks and sounds amazing, it's a shame that something like this will never be made again.

Being a German, i'm glad to see Americans enjoying even our more rare type of Cars. While most S65 Black Series are to this Day still in Germany, it's always interesting for me to see where else in the World these are.
The only Car i still to this Day haven't seen owned by anyone outside of Europe are the Wiesmann Cars, which are amazing, i'm assuming the US Regulations don't allow these over there, but damn would they be popular if they were legal. Hope to see one on a US UA-cam Channel one Day, since i myself own a Wiesmann MF5 V10 and an old Wiesmann MF3 Roadster.
Either way, always happy to see Americans enjoy some of our more special German Cars like the SL65 Black Series - which is still the BEST Black Series in my Opinion

I have an '07 SL65 AMG (non-Black series), which I love. With the simple ECU and TCU remaps I've had done, they tell me it will honestly do 212 mph, with about 700 hp, up from the stock 604 hp. And my car has a folding hardtop convertible roof, and is not too valuable to drive once in a while. It's so fast it's scary!
The gas mileage must be atrocious, but I guess you wouldn't mind it that much - given that you have a V12 dancing to the tunes of yours right foot

They pop up from time to time. I don’t remember where they found this one but if your eyes are open they’re out there changing hands
The cool thing about a throttle, is that it's a control valve. You can control it! Wanna show of a little bit and give the kids what they want, but also not blow the wheels off it and get cited or hurt someone? Give it 50-60% and you get the revs up and make the car go brrrrr but you wont go sideways or hit 3x speed limit in front of a cop! 😅
This car has 1000lb ft of torque. 50-60% is violent.

Absolutely! You can park on grass or you can street park and walk right in if you don’t want to show it
