@@overtimearcade It is not too bad. It has been converted to Buster Bros., which is not a bad game in itself. Cabinet is painted, but solid. Missing the one marquee bracket just like you. :) Should make a good project!

Congrats! I would kill for a free machine, although my wife would kill me telling me I already have an arcade machine in the basement. Always looking on Facebook marketplace for arcade machine deals, although it's flooded with scammers advertising their fake sites and full size machines for $136.
Tell her you need at least two, one with a vertical monitor and another with a horizontal monitor! And yeah, there’s a lot of nonsense you need to weed through on FB Marketplace to find the good deals…

That weird joystick, you get them of some European generic cabs from France and Spain. I've got those in my collection :)

@@overtimearcade I have one as well. Came out of a a generic cab from Model Racing which is an Italian company. They did quite a lot of licenced stuff in the early days, but not much is known about them.
The Dynamo cabinets is it a HS-5 or what model of cabinet is it?
It’s actually a Dynamo HS-7 which is rather uncommon!
@@overtimearcadeI have an HS-5 which pulls out like this and is an 25" monitor. What size of monitor is the HS-7?
It’s got a 19” K7000, specifically a 19K7612.
@@overtimearcade Ok, so it must mean the HS-5 has a 25" monitor where the HS-7 has the 19" monitor. This is the only difference I see between the two cabs.

Amazing to find a free cab at all much less one with good parts in them. You threw me off with your pronunciation of Pengo though, how did the 'e' become an 'a'?
In any case, awesome video and Pengo is a great game. I have it on my Ms. Pac-Man cab running a 99-in-1 kit(at least I think that's what it's called, still uses the original boardset and connects in the z80 socket), but I'd love a dedicated one someday.
I'm actually up to 6 cabinets in my collection that I got for free, including some fully working ones! In terms of pronunciation, I think the first syllable in "Pengo" is supposed to sound like the first syllable in "penguin" rather than "pen" like the writing instrument?
Incredible to find that many free cabs. I have 6 in my collection and had 8 at one point. Cheapest pickup I ever had was a Zaxxon for $50. I eventually sold it for the same price after I hadn't touched it in 2 years to another local collector. I wish I had kept it now seeing prices lately, I last picked up a game probably in 2015 and the rest were from 2010-2013. Other than Ms Pac for $400 working, I didn't pay over $175 for any of the others.
As far as pen and penguin, they are pronounced the same, at least in Texas, Florida and Illinois as far as I've heard. Maybe there are some regional differences?
The dictionary lists the pronunciation of "penguin" as (pĕng′gwĭn) with two "G" sounds, which leads me to think "Pengo" should be pronounced (pĕng′gō) not (pĕn′gō)...?
