I went into the episode expecting it to be one of my least favorite episodes... and that whole scene took my breath away and it's definitely one of if not my favorite episode of the series.
This song has fully helped me understand myself, I'm autistic and I always feel like the antichrist to people hiding my unique view of the world and my unique personality from others, with Kishi Bashi blessing I got those exact words on me forever "I am the antichrist to you" to always realise there is a place on this world and you should always express who you are, never be scared to be yourself, never hide the real you!

I'd give anything to have been there, not just any lice concert BUT this exact one. Breathtaking even from this video, I can only imagine how the audience felt.
The part around 4 minutes in when the music starts to swell and you can feel the full embrace of the orchestra is just incredible.
This is the first peice of music I've seen from your orchestra, you have shown me something I've been missing. I've been close to no longer being on this planet but this music has shown me life can be beautiful and not just here to destroy me. I mean it, thankyou. You may have just save a life.

I have to admit, I only came across this masterpiece because of Rick and Morty, but the talent, the emotion, thr skill just really engulf you in the music! What an absolute pleasure to listen to!

I don't know if It was just a coincidence, but the day after my girlfriend dumped me, the Rick and Morty episode about the love story of morty and planetina just camed out.
This song at the ending of the episode, literally made me explode in a waterfall of tears.
I was so deep in love with my ex, and she was too, i don't know what happened so suddently.
After a while, she thinked that our age difference was an insurmuntable obstacle that she could not overcome...
She was obsessed by responsabilities fears and got anxious about them.
When she finally got the strenght to dump me, i was completely destroyed, i thinked that there was nothing left for me around.
I've always made the impossible for her, just to make her feel appreciated, beautiful, strong; every single day of our relationship, just to make her smile...
Also her family was very attached to me, they thanked me so much times because they had never seen their daughter so happy in her entire life as she was by my side.
She told me so many times, "Please, do not ever leave me, i will soon be in trouble, i will be so stressed about my job, about my family, my university...please stay with me, don't leave me alone...", and so I did It.
I was always there for her, to fight with her, to keep her happy.
But i'm pretty sure, that after that moment, she became more anxious and identified me as one of her fears...
I'm about to turn 30 in some days, she is just 23, so she thinked that I would have in mind to marry her, to start a family, to have childrens, but I never wished for such things...I just wanted to stay by her side...
The story about Morty and Planetina was pretty much the same, they touched the sky togheter but then the difference between them went up and only if both want to fight for the relationship, It's possible to keep on walking togheter.
She gave up on me; I never asked to her the things that so much were harassing her mind, but I was so sure that she would have fought for me, that at the end I could not even believe what was happening...
The day after, I was at work, already with the blade of some scissors ready to cut my wrists, i was crying my entire life out in that moment...but life is to important to give up just like that...
I thinked about everyone, my family, my friends, my colleagues, everyone, i could not leave them just like that.
Theee weeks had almost passed, the pain still remain, hugging me all the day and all the night.
I had a very hard time to fall asleep these days, I barely had eaten in days...
I still don't know if a person who gave up so suddently could ever be trusted again, but, everyday I pray for her return...
But I already know that she won't came back, she is to proud and sensible.
She can't even look at me now, I am literally the antichrist to her.
I don't know how It's possible to mutate such love in hate and shame...
It's the worst part of life, to hate someone because you love It.
But nevertheless, that's a fundamental part of life, probably one of the hardest parts...
I'm very lucky that I have a lot of friends who were there when I needed to, to support my recovery from this bad experience..
I wish for you, who are reading this long and sad text, to never experience such pain, but in the case that you will, i wish to you to have the streght to not give up, keep on fighting, happiness is our to be made, not to be found.
You should be your happiness, don't look back, stick with your friends, your family; you are not alone, and you will never be...
Thank kishi bashi for this piece of art, thanks for the feelings which remember me to never forget and which give me streght to keep fighting...

So many times, now I can see a Lady in Glasses in the shots over Kishi Bashi's shoulder, towards the front row audience-- she is just rolling her eyes, scratching her face, and bobbing her head in what seems like indifference or sleepiness. Why is she there and not someone else who could fully appreciate this, not there?

I stumbled upon his music in such a random way that it feels heaven sent. It was not through youTube.
I haven't listened to much music lately, I must confess. But I have always loved music. To be honest I became a little bored of the sounds I had been hearing.
But then, not even 20 minutes ago from here, I listened to Bjork's latest album to take a break from podcasts. And the album ended and I continued to work through the night, then out of the blue, in the background the song "It all began with a burst began to play."
At first It did not catch my attention, but after a minute or so I couldn't ignore this new sound playing through me. And I swear after a couple minutes I was reminded of the power of music and what it did to me as a child.
It was just now that I heard a voice that I had never heard before --- and it was amazing in the truest sense of the word. My God! This man is an absolute genius.
Thank you for bringing this music into the world. It is the freshest sound that I have ever heard, the brightest light I have ever seen. I am in AWE in the purest sense.
