Can we just appreciate the fact that this man has the biggest set of brass balls in the Mario-verse and no one acknowledges it? Name one other character who would go this far just to save their kin. Would peach go this far for Mario? Would Bowser go this far for his kid? Highly doubtful.

Rather, he’s hellbent on doing whatever it takes to get his treasure back. It’s like a person who has lost everything but has nothing to lose. Wario is confident not because he has things he cares about on the line, but because he has already lost them, and has no way to go but forward. And when you have nothing to lose, you have everything to gain.
I bet Mario would do this for Luigi. Hell, I bet he went to the mansion early to see if it was safe. I mean, a free mansion in a contest Luigi didn't enter? That's fishy as hell.

There are tons of spirits that roam the halls that want to get the jump on him, but he won't allow it with is trusty Poltergust. Although he's confused at first as nearly all the doors are locked, he hums to himself to keep calm. Though unaware that things will change over the course of his journey.
I played and finished this games dozens of times as a kid and never noticed that the music changed depending on your health, it’s so well integrated that it just felt completely natural how it sounded if I was full health or low health and just tought it was just the feeling of security that changed while playing.
When I hear the theme in my head I hear it with Luigi's humming 100% of the time. I didn't realize this until I just now came back and listened to it again. The theme song itself was hittin' the same way
