Upper body part is 14 inch length fabric waist round measured is proper measurement but bottom skirt round waist with gathers how much extra we have to keep fabric bottom skirt part round waist to put gathers we must measure the fabric double the waist round bottom skirt part please explain Thank you. I took 2 mtr length for waist and it depends on how much flare you want, you can take more or less cloth according to that
