Da besteht aber massiver Nachholbedarf! Zu morgen nachzuarbeiten(-hören) sind: "Wiege der Finsternis", "Weltenkraft", "...zum Tode hin", "Urwerk", "Rastlos" und "Mach dich frei" ! Dann sollte die Genusslücke gefüllt sein :)
When I seen this being advertised I was so entranced by the music I HAD TO LISTEN TO THE WHOLE THING. Indeed it is as epic as amazingly powerful with climatic body and German pride, this is gonna be my another favourite band! I shall be hunting for the album soon enough! We need more bands with music like this!

So after ripping of Raunioilla and Tulimyrsky, you can count on Finsterforst to rip off Tuleen Ajettu Maa as well. I mean I get it, I love Moonsorrow as well, but being inspired by something and "borrowing" riffs note-by-note are two very different things. To say something positive as well, the message of the song is beautiful and much needed. And the brass section was epic.
I don't want to be rude, but the opinion part of my comment starts at the positive part, so I'm feeling quite okay with it. :) If you dissect some of the parts, and figure out what each instrument plays, you'll find more than mere similarities in the chord progression, the rhythmic motifs, the melody, and the structure of this song, and Tuleen Ajettu Maa. I can timestamp the parts for you if you'd like, but I'd prefer to rest my case as it's not important enough for me to get people offended or triggered.
@@bkemeny92 If anything, it's much closer to Jäästä syntynyt / Varjojen virta. Anyway, the song is huge and contains much more than such parallels. And as their singer noted, FF draws more from Bathory these days than Moonsorrow. And what was the Tulimyrsky ripoff in your opinion?
