Greetings from South Korea. I am not sure this could be too spicy for children to eat. However with veggies and eggs, it will be useful to reduce spicy taste. and I recommend put noodles in the pot last time. because if you boil the noodles too long, it lose chewy taste noodle.

These are actually pretty easy to get used to. After some ghost peppers they even feel mild and I may wanna drop in something extra. I used to also add some egg, wakame, shrooms, kimchi, cheeze, onion in a mix to make the meal more wholesome. Nice.
Just to tell you guys..my father such a big fan grandpa kitchen...he learn recipes from grandpa kitchen and cook it...and it's way very delicious ...every day he watch these video...while uncle grandpa still alive..and yes he passed away in 13.8.2022 ..I miss his cook...

when grandpa added the soup base, he called it maggi masala. that was the first video I ever saw and I liked it so much that when I make ramen I remind my self to add the maggi masala, bless his soul. thank you for still doing this! please call it maggi, or whatever brand, masala
Tip: Don't crack eggs directly into the large bow. Crack them at a small one first to see if the egg isn't bad, then transfer ir to the large bow and repeat. That way you avoid the chance of having to trow food away because of one bad egg.

i started making my Ramen that way with one or 2 packs in a similar way, years back but only recently i discovered the korean ones. They are the best but also a bit more expensive. With some added Vegetables and Egg even one Pack of these Instant Noodles become a full and not that unheatlhy meal. Sometimes i cook the addings like here in a pod with water and add the instant noodles, sometimes i fry my toppings seperatly (especially if i add meat). ALso perfectly if you are a student or have a very small kitchen :)
So good next time try another recipe where you reduce the liquid more so that the noodles will be more coated in the spicy sauce instead of just soup it tastes much spicier and has much more flavor
