The game looks super uncommon, I like that! Also the way it changed style going ahead :) I didn't got much about the plot, but I'm sure that I'd like this one a lot 😂 amazing video and commentary as always :)
This is definitely a unique title in a sea of many newer indie JRPGs, it will be interesting to see what's going on as it develops. Also, thank you for saying so about my commentary I'm glad you like it! I appreciate you for coming back again and again. Thanks piep!
Dev here, thank you for covering my game! The video was great, you have a new sub. :) For what it's worth I wouldn't mind watching an entire playthrough even if you think it's long because you have a very soothing voice! :)
Thanks so much, I'm glad my voice is soothing, it's always nice to hear that! I'm thrilled that you subbed too. I was thinking about Infinite Mana since it left early access and is complete, very possible I will replay it soon as a longer series.
I played the demo of this a few months ago, it was basically the first few hours of the game. Really enjoyed it, it's got a lot of cool, unique stuff going on. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, a good start to the game!
Ah I'll check out your playthrough too at some point! I can imagine you were just as surprised at all the randomness that occurred at the starting point hehe.
I wonder if the name is inspired by the Mana games. Well, that's the series I could automatically think of from the title. Who stop watching!? I watch your WHOLE videos! You still get view counts at least from clicks 1:17 Why do birds fly? I hope you get that reference 1:56 There's just text floating breaking the games wall and items moving wherever they want lol 2:34 The mom is shamovin' 4:03 Talking about breakfast when there is none. I know you didn't pick a purple character lol The "'Nomicon" part of that book's name reminds me of the book name in Ash vs Evil Dead, instead it's "Necronomicon" 13:29 Xenosaga!! Grew up with that series Episode I, II, III in our household, but i was too young to get into JRPGs 15:17 Sorry you missed a single quest that is hurtful to hear. Also, there's records to keep track of quest in that game, or you just knew later? I was pretty surprised how short this video is XD 15:42. Does that mean you're gonna make shorter videos and edit out option tweaking? :0 The ten second watchers knew if they keep watching they will be zombified. I think I'm past the zombie phase and abandoned searching a cure. All the drifting to different locations in the game reminds me of short Robot Chicken-like segments, RANDOM. Thank you for this "Tradition Old School Stylize indie JRPG" Big Sis, I apperciate you finding neat little games to show us and you just being fascinated on the flow from whatever occurs! Have an amazing morning and don't forget how amazing you are, Bye!
Same, Mana comes effortlessly to mind. I know Secret of Mana is probably one of the most influential JRPGs ever made. It's funny, I haven't played it. :D I've played so many!! But not Secret of Mana. Love Legend of Mana though. Oh Crossbell! I'm glad you watch my videos in full and I am always happy to see how much you enjoy them and the effort you put into these replies makes this entire experience (UA-cam, and life in general) so worth it. ;; My brain has been utter mush lately so I'm not sure of this reference "Why do birds fly?" heehee shamovin'~ I should use that word in a video. :3 Xenosaga is easily in the top 5 of JRPG sagas that I very much hope will get remakes or remasters. I think you'd enjoy revisiting the series yourself too Crossbell. They're very lengthy games though, except for the second one which is shorter. And yeah missing one quest.. it really boiled my broccoli hehe. There is a record but I reached a point of no return on that quest and got a big X on it, no previous save either. boo :3 hehe, I don't care much anymore. But back when I played it as a teenager (at least I think I was a teenager %_% head is still mush!) I was so determined to get 100% completion in games. Definitely a perfectionist in that regard. I think at this point some videos will be shorter and some will be longer. Depends on my mood and the game itself probably. Don't become a zombie, Crossbell! I don't upload every day so hopefully you will keep your very likable human self well intact!! 3: For real though, listening to a person's voice every day almost makes you feel bonded to them. It is nice but always take care of yourself. And remember all the other voices worth hearing, hehe. :3 Thank you for all the wonderful things you've said and I'll talk to you later!
@@KitamariePlays Big Sis!! Mhm, anything with 'Mana' will probably always come to mind for us JRPG players of that classic series. Now that boggles my mind that you haven't played Secret of Mana! I was playing with a friend and relative and we kinda got stuck where to go and one of us lost motivation XD But I haven't played Legend of Mana in that collection. I'll be okay with this new zombie power you gave me, Big Sis! I'll only bring out the zombie side to zone out from work and anything to get me out of situations, and vexing ones, haha! Well, Infinite Mana is kind of like Secret of Mana meets… I have no idea haha. It’s like Secret of Mana-meets-a-very-elaborate-comical-experimental-game probably. Not sure which.
There's a game called Shrine's Legacy that's heavily inspired by Secret of Mana and old Legend of Zelda games. I THINK the demo is still on Steam, I know it's coming down soon because the full game will be coming out sometime this year
