Most of us can just afford to give him two or three dollars when we meet him in the streets, but it won't get him far.
Some of us of timers know Daniel Gonora from years ago, I personally know him from 1988 when I first saw him playing music in town with his friend on drums made from paint tins. They performed corner first street and Gordon avenue in front of Founders Banks those who know will know. They called themselves Masaisai band and even had a hit song and video rotation on Mvengemvenge tv show. I wish the old boy all the best and I’m glad he’s still following his dream.
