All Wolf gas burners (cooktops/ranges/rangestops/modular units) feature the patented Dual-Stacked burner system. This means each burner features 2 burners for higher highs and lower lows. Each burner also features a true simmer (a flame that does not flicker or turn on/off) and some burners even go lower than a simmer which is called the Melt feature. This also works with LP units as well as natural gas.
This is a quick demonstration of the versatility of the Wolf gas burner - high heat cooking to just keeping something warm without burning.
