Megaworld’s 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City has officially been designated as a cyber park, joining the ranks of innovative business centers in the Philippines.
Located along C5 corridor, ArcoVia City secured the Philippines’ first PEZA accreditation for a cyberpark, paving the way for a flourishing IT-BPO sector that now contributes significantly to the nation’s economy.
ArcoVia City is designed to offer a holistic LIVE-WORK-PLAY environment. This means seamless integration between workspaces, residences, and leisure options within a well-connected and mobile community.
ArcoVia City are flourishing residential options. Megaworld recently completed the 45-story 18 Avenue de Triomphe, its first residential condominium in the township. Construction is also underway for two more high-rises: the twin towers of ArcoVia Palazzo and the 50-story ArcoVia Parkplace. These smart-home units offer breathtaking views of the Metro Manila skyline, Rizal mountains, and the iconic Arco de Emperador monument.
ArcoVia Hotel Envisioned to be Megaworld’s tallest hotel project in Pasig City yet, the 31-story structure will boast 339 rooms, four dining outlets, an Executive Lounge, and a spacious ballroom.

sana naman magtayo ng bagong business districts na modern European style ang design ng mga high rise buildings ksi pare pareho na sila , medyo boring na ang mga box type buildings, ok lang sana kung iconic ang dating ng design....
