thank you for your knowledge, i was researching aluminium coils inside of generators instead of copper, as its cheaper replacement to copper and more available on global market but there are notable negetives such as the size needs to be 50-60% bigger from copper to aluminium coil motors too have the same voltage output as a normal (copper coil motor). However not my much compared to when both Armature/rotor and stator/field windings are Both Aluminum
Engr if i may ask does it now mean if one buy a generator with aluminium coil wont it work effectively like let say 4.5kva can it still be use to pump water
They won't That is why you should follow the tips in the other video I posted on how to identify a genuine generator... By doing that you may not need to Dismantle a generator
