Yes, it heats up sometimes but not that much as u said. I felt this heating issues mostly in summers where the ambient temperatures are very high. I have used devices that heats up a lot than the S23, like the iPhone 11 pro which heats up so quickly even doing normal tasks.
No I feel samsung is an overall better package. The pixel 7 is good for camera but very bad in performance. S23 is a very good all rounder and much more premium and the ai features added are better
