Sarah has been following the Facebook group of a pallet liquidator in our area who buys truckloads of Walmart, Target, and Amazon returns and then sells them by the pallet to resellers. Since we love flipping furniture we thought it would be a unique opportunity for us.
Reselling Amazon returns can be a great side hustle if you know how to list, sell, and ship items on eBay and Facebook. We have learned a lot through experience and hope you find these videos helpful and informative! I watch because I generally like to see mystery unboxings. Amazon paletts are like a GIANT mystery box, lol. I think it's really nice that you always share how to do it so other people can learn but I don't have the interest to do it myself. Also you two are cute and funny!

Btw, you two are great to offer the advice to on "how too's". I have some friends who are former storage wars that still buy units, they do great! They also restorage the love to the people who owned the unit, getting personal items back or all of it, they are a true blessing to many people.

@PermanentHigh I won't a $600 in a raffle and it was completely junk. I made $100 on it and kept a couple cool items but that's about it
We've been reselling for about 3 years. We're retired and just recently started buying from Mitch. It's a great hobby and brings in a little extra money

I love your videos! It’s fun to watch you two work together and I love all your ideas for side income. Living near a big city has its perks for reselling. I’m more rural and so it’s harder for me. I have only gotten a few pallets of my own and can’t wait to do more Amazon pallets of items that I can ship. Sounds like y’all have a great local pallet distributor. I drive 2+ hrs and am building slowly. I hope to open a small store in my mini barn soon. Keep having fun!

Those ice makers are great for camping! My friend puts his on the counter in his Rv and it makes ice pretty quick. Its great for making our drinks at night around the campfire. It’s also better then using the freezer, bc there isn’t much room to make ice in the small freezers.

After watching a few of your videos, when I do returns I will now put in a note as to why I am returning it just incase someone gets a pallet with something that I returned. Would you guys do a video of a pallet unboxing followed by what everything in the pallet actually sold for and the total profits after shipping and fees? I know you said you get around 40 to 50 percent msrp, I looked on your ebay and some items y'all sold definitely for more than that, and some items like the scratched little side table we know you wouldn't get much for. I think it would be cool to see the breakdown of profits for a single pallet, whether on FB marketplace, eBay or wherever 😊

LOVE watching these kind of videos, so thank you! We don't have return pallets like this where I'm from, instead they take out items and make small bundles so they can sell for more money (so instead of a big box of clothes, they separate into dresses, tops, etc. and sell them in groups of 3-5 pieces) its so boring id love to open a mystery box or pallet one day!

Some people do operate out of storage units but they have to sell a lot more items to pay for it. You could try other forms of reselling first to see if you like it! There are lots of different categories!

I watch because I would love to try this. This could help pay off debt and if I like it I would continue. I just don’t have any space or storage to keep the inventory. Trying to find a way to solve that problem.

Really? I know a lot of the truckloads come out of New Jersey, so I would think Pittsburgh would be a fairly close place to set up a liquidation business. It definitely varies depending on your region, though.
I don’t know how y’all can do this. As someone that’s cleaned out my mom’s home/estate and trying to get rid of everything I never and I mean never wanna see crap (housewares) ever again. It’s made me wanna downsize.

I'm a long time Storage unit guy, but since this Corona virus thing has happened, we have to buy them online...which as you know is sometimes staged and sometimes manipulated. I'm very interested in trying this so i thank you for the honest videos. You guys are great!

Hubby and I are both retired and this could and to our income (and keep us busy) Someone in another comment mentioned “resale license”, is that required? Currently living in an apartment but we may be buying a house in the near future. Guess we’ll have to wait until then since there’s no room in the apartment 😢.

If storage is an issue just take out a storage unit. It's a tax deductible expense

The wheelchair ramp is so cheap by you my mom is in a wheelchair and has not been for so long but in south africa the most expensive is R 20000 and the cheapest is R 4000 , so you really did score.
