Thanks alot. Please concerning the tour card, once we have created a tour card account, do we need absolutely to be in china before paying suppliers or we could still pay from our home country (outside china)?

I have tested last year that it can still be used outside of China to pay for example in 1688. However, to be 100%, doesnt hurt to use a VPN to connect to Chinese IP while using it.

Please sir, on pinduoduo, how could we identify a supplier with the certification of it store ?
Apart from checking the reviews on pinduoduo and asking someone in china to verify a product from a store, how could we know if a store is reliable ?

On the other hand, when creating a tour card account, you are asked to Fill in your personal information like your country for example and the even ask you to turn on your localisation. So what Will be the need of still using a vpn that Will not show your position ?
