I've been playing since 2021 and the Theresa skin did come back at some point a few years ago, idk when exactly but an outfit rerun banner came out and I pulled for it and got it. I hope they rerun these skins more often because I want Rita's skin as well now that I've gotten Frigid Empress lol.

At the very least, HoV can be used in Elysian Realm. Same goes for Argent Knight. Sadly Celestial Hymn is mostly for bridge cause she isn't in Elysian Realm
If only I had the Crystals, I really want this outfit, but gatchaing for outfits is not something I can pull off as a F2P player. As you don't even have a chance to pull the outfit till you spend plenty of Crystals, and even when you have a chance, it's slim, and pulls gets more expensive for each attempt on it

@ the incident happened when a guy spent 50 dollars on this skin, and then Hi3 released the beach skin for free. The guy got fed up, reported the entire swimsuit skin section and that’s why they were under watch
