  • The downswing continues :(. The third losing session in a row and it feels bad! Luckily I've built up a solid bankroll to this point so I'll keep on grinding and trying my best to book a big win.

    Standard bro! I’m numb to this now. Helps me stay tilt free. Made all the right decisions in my eyes.

    besides that float with 33 on a 10 10 J flop ,your game was pretty solid...just a typical GG day...also dont forget its the site with the most donks registered..the ammount of bad plays and stupidity in this site is beyond words..

    This is why I'm scared to register any $100 tournament. I'd be sick as hell. You played well though.

      Sure. At its simplest level red = too aggressive, blue = too passive and orange = balanced. I have more specific notes on players too based on specific hands I've seen them play as well

    11:02 maybe run a sim for this one mate and ship the 7:08 kqo hand accept variance, I dont like the 3bet sizing even if it is a 3bet instead of an allin and doubt that

    • @thebigdpoker
      @thebigdpoker  Рік тому

      Agreed in hindsight I should have shipped the kqo pre. I still don't hate going for the bounty with the AQs though. KK is rarely limp trapped in those positions at that stack depth.

      @@thebigdpokeraqo hand i learned max invest 1/3 stack with 3bets and oop 3.5-4.5x and add the bbs per player if u 3bet the rule in general, then there is do u need a polarized 3bet or not within the concept. Sometimes u van ship it for allot of bbs without the 3bet and according to faraz jakka he said bein the pusher 1v1 vs hj or later max 54bb a while ago bein 4bet. And agree i would have raised kk in bu shoes

    I didn’t see anything wrong with your play. Some tournaments are just f’ed from go.
    Folding those 9s in BB against a raise and 2 re-raises and then seeing the junk they show up with would tilt me too. 😫

      @@cooldanielsparadise4411 I get that but I play in Ontario only so the player pool is very small compared to the global sites. 10k for a $100 entry is actually relatively large for Ontario!

    3:38 is a flat or fold, that hand never wants to shove for 26bb plus the float on the flop is horrible, UTG still has top sets that he check raises and hands like KK and AA with no club that can check to check raise or for pot control/deception

      Simply by playing poker! I put in around 5k of my own money a couple years ago and it's grown to this. Started with $8 tournaments and slowly climbed the stakes

      yeah def, don't know if i have an actually winning strat, but been playing poker for a while, usually go with my read, but man this gg site sometimes feel like every pot im getting into, if i dont have a strong hand, always feeling that im gonna get cracked by some randoms hands, like people be calling my 4 bets with 8-10 off and gets there against my Aq suited when i flop top pair. Or i would flop the nuts, guys has top pair, makes runner runner full. Last tourny a cashout out finished 160 on 9k players, but only cashed out for like 170$ and im ALWAYS low stack when i get into the money. No that i make dumb plays, only bc I have no hands to play pre and post flops.@@thebigdpoker
