I have UA-cam Premium, so I don't have to deal with idiotic advertising. I just watched 16 minutes of the best advertising on UA-cam. 🤣🤣
Haha, me too!
no money for ross you pomz
😆 🤣 thanks
I’m most surprised there were still appliances left in your house when you got home because for a minute I thought they were all in you truck. 🤣
Always entertaining Ross.
I’ve been looking into those batteries a bit I think you’ve given me a more realistic view of what they’re capable of.
The wife was wondering what else I would take.
They're a good bit of kit if you want an easy setup power solution
Moat enjoyable experience better than just camping Ross You have learned to mess around with gadgets to gulp your beer burp graciously then wipe off with back of the hand in real style What an Aussie you have become ,congratulations
Thanks for bestowing that honour on me Pat
G'day, I'm glad to see you starting to get some sponsers for your channel. Yuo have on the great Aussie adventure now thay you have taken up camping.
Thanks 👍
Ross your a real camping pro. 😂 You have convinced me that I need a cold beer right now. 😜
Go for it!
Congratulations on passing 10k subs.
oh yeah
Thank you so much 😀
This was funny and informative (though actually, the sun doesn't move lol). Good on you for getting out there.
I think technically everything moves in the universe
True! 👍🏽
Maybe you should have taken a cold fridge as well 😉😉
I'll try that next time. Definitely need a fancier one
@@ThatJohnstonLife well, you needed to test the power supply out anyway, so a warm fridge proved it worked
Tons of fun 😁!
Thanks
loving the content !!
Cheers Vic
Apart from when they are nesting, you can feed wild magpies out of your hand once they establish you won't hurt them. They are highly intelligent, and once you establish a relationship with them, they remain friendly. Piss them of though, and you make a lifetime enemy of them.
Dead set right. One of the few birds on the planet with facial recognition (23 years I believe). Feed them during the non-breeding season, and they won’t touch a hair on your head when the swooping season arrives.
@@jamussmyth1612 I’m currently hand feeding 3 of them. They come to my front door and sing to me waiting to be fed
@@JayWhy1964 We adjoin a park, so we get plenty of them. They tend to migrate a fair bit, and return here before nesting. Don’t feed them per se, as we don’t want them becoming reliant (plus all the bird shit and screeching). We throw out some “dog peebles” when we see them about. As you say, it’s a “trust thing”, and they will remember you, from season to season. That’s the facial recognition part. We’ve never had a problem, but they cause some havoc to school kids and cyclists going past😊
@@jamussmyth1612 Nice 👍
I'll make sure to feed mine then
And the Australian camping experience begins. Now you need a tinny, a proper tent, some real snags, and a refrigerated Esky for the next level 😉👍
Thanks for the tips!
Sir, I'll have you know that was not a Magpie, but in fact a Pied Butcherbird.
Are they more or less dangerous?
Well, they don't swoop at people for one thing, the worst thing they'll do to you is sing and maybe wait for a food handout. We even feed our local Grey Butcherbirds on occasion, as well as the Magpies (they're not all bad).
That’s the strangest camp site I’ve seen in my life. A bar fridge? Where’s your Esky with “block ice”? Air Fryer? Where the gas BBQ? Bug Zapper? Where’s the mosquito mesh around the “pop up shade”? Seriously though, I get your point, as you were testing out the solar. It was hilarious to watch😊. Solar is great for all the “electronics” and lighting around the campsite and does a great job. But there are better and more practical equipment for a lot of the energy you need to camp in luxury.
Will look into upgrading my camping gear soon Jamus
It's Ross's camping channel. 😜 Be free to ask him anything. 😂
😆 🤣
For camping you say? Try every day life in South Africa 🤣🤣 I’m currently sitting without power, at least I have power for my internet 🤷🏻♀️
Not fun
This is fucking hilarious 😂 good job mate 👍
😆 🤣
Hard life in Oz, hey Ross?😊
Someone's got to do it
i have no idea either about new products
😆
I hate mosquitos!
Me too
500wh means you have 1hr at 500 w.
You exceeded the 500w with the air fryer.
Thanks for the info
C'mon Ross you should be fine drinking warm beers. Your British 😜
Prefer them to be warm and flat though
I dare you to try doing a load of washing with this bad boy . 😎
Couldn't fit it in the UTE with the cover on
@@ThatJohnstonLife well then you need a smaller washing machine 😂
This battery charging thing was taking up all of yr time - u seemed obsessed with it.
I guess you are out there practicing before you get the fam to go out with you eh!
The display was making me conscious that I was losing power!
Ross youre hilarious😂😂😂 amazing gadget. But if you need all that stuff like fan a mozzie buster a fridge a stove and power boards and leads etc then you cant call it camping. Seriously. !!! Youre doing everything you would at home, just outside. Get a fully fitted campervan (if youve won lotto) or go to a caravan park with a powered site and bbq and showerblock. OR caravan or just camp .... offgrid ... tent or swags, sleeping bags eskys camp stove camp lamps etc . Youre a crack up 😂😂
Thanks for the tips Kerry!
@@ThatJohnstonLife no probs 😁. If you really want to go camping start with the soft options first so everyone can ease into it gently without being scared off. Oh .... and MOST IMPORTANT is the Aerogard on everyone, everywhere plus on your hats and picnic table. As soos as you get out of the car and as soon as the sun goes down. But if the fam aint into it enjoy the views from beach or bush holiday resorts. No shame. Dont want to put you off the place unecessarily. Youre a great ambassador..
wow sold out much
Already?
There are limits on how much you can draw at once.
Found that out Stephanie
not much, and it's power drains really fast
Bluetti are a better unit.
I'll take a look
