I feel like Donnie would have assigned roles for all of his brothers with Raph being assigned for tight hugs as he is the strongest. The one person besides Splinter who is allowed to baby him. (Mikeys job would be to help him sort out feelings and Leo's to push him, and treat him like he doesn't struggle sometimes.)
Also, why is there always someone taking pictures when Donnie sleeps in the same bed as anyone else. 😂

That’s similar to my head canon. Because of Splinter’s depression, Raph did most of the parenting so Don sees Raph as a source of parental pride and protection. He is also the only one allowed to hug Don, especially when he is having a sensory meltdown.
