Finally watching this after all this time (I started following you when you were about to reveal the new paint color!), all I can do is quote that old commercial: You’ve come a long way baby!
@@user-ln7of9gs4s REALLY, need YOU to do show and tell with ME, please. I am not the only one in my circle of friends looking for the coaches to convert to RVs. NO, I have not purchase the MCI 102DL3 yet.
Wow I’m very impressed it’s coming together nicely have you done any videos while you were doing the work on it would love to see how you have done it I’m considering buying a highway coach and convert it the same as you have any advice would be very much appreciated.
Just curious what your thoughts are for driving heat and air? I’ve purchased an eagle bus and an converting to a living space and have hit a wall on whether I should remove the entire driver hvac and just rely on minisplit for driving comfort?

Hi, purchasing a 2000 MCI 102DL3 coach bus. I will be watching YOU closely on YOUR conversion. Congratulation and may this build be outstanding!
Robert J. McKinney Sr did you purchase your bus yet? I have a few D4500s, I’m planning to sell one or two.

I see you have a boat compass on the dash. I want to install my small binnacle. That would be so beat
Amazing tour dear 💥
Thank you
Very nice! I'm interested to see what changes and modifications you make
Wait, it's a 102 DL3 with a Renaissance/J4500 front cap? Threw me off for a while.
It’s an aftermarket cover.
@@LacroixCruiser do you have the brand for this cover? I didn’t think they were interchangeable between the years.
IPB industries in Florida sells them, ask for Steve Kolb.
@@LacroixCruiser thank you!
My pleasure
Yvan, did you mention before that this bus began life as a Peter Pan coach?
Correct, here comes Tinker
@@LacroixCruiser thanks! Do you recall what the fleet number was?
532
That bus is pretty clean, rust wise. Where was it operated ?
We bought it in Arizona, it had some hidden rust, but that’s now taken care of.

If it’s in good shape, keep it. The factory system is engineered for your bus, and will perform better.
What is the height on the interior? Looking to do a conversion but I can’t find any specs for the inside.
82 inches in the center in our case.
How many BTU's is that mini-split putting out on the GMC? Thanks.
12,000 BTU
