This is the first time Regal was really mad in the anime version. He was always the calm type of character never really losing his cool. I also love how Bass Cross Megaman changes colors based on his attacks to reflects his game counterparts. Depending on the Version of Battle Network Game Protoman or Coronel, you would get a different version of Bass Cross.

The only way I know of it was on Double Team DS, which required a save clear with the Bass icon on either Team Protoman or Team Colonel in slot 2 of the DS/DS Lite, which required beating BassSP

After seeing again that close up of rockman bass cross face made me reminded why I made my Rockman.exe oc's and other characters have their mouths covered or basically just have masks was because of this. You'd think it'd be because of blues/protoman but nay, this was the one that sold me.
You have to use an eReader Card. If it's GBA English, you have no way of doing it. If it's DS English, you can slot in the GBA version of the game you're playing to get it. If it's Legacy Collection, you can download it as a Patch Card.
