I first saw the Bootleg Beatles in 1994, and was mesmerised by them. When Adam Hastings joined the band as John I didn't think there'd be anyone who could compete. But I saw the Bootlegs again a few months ago and Tyson Kelly is equally as good. What a time to be alive!
The festival that they performs at ("AROTR") rents equipment as they use the gear and that stage for multiple bands all day long multiple days..it's not necessarily the typical Fab Four show/ gear

The Fab Four were booked to play 2 shows in 2 different states at the same time, so Ardy, Ron ,and their original drummer Rolo played the other state while Adam Hastings,Josh Jones,Gavin Pring, and Richard Lewis played this show..it is impossible for people to be 2 places at once so that is the reason they have multiple casts..just like Broadway
I like this Paul a lot 😊 Both Pauls are great! But I think other than the talking voice, he resembles Paul so much in overall looks and build and height The singing voice is spot on too. 🎤🎹🎸🎼🎵🎶🎵
@@Krisztina_Kr Unfortunately they sent the B team to Abbey Road on the River. A lot of people were disappointed that Ardy wasn't there as he had been the previous year. AROTR is a premiere Beatle event and they should have sent the A team. There was a train wreck where they started playing two different songs.
@@oig40203 the headlining act who was supposed to go on next was late, and the Fab Four had to improvise and add a few songs not on the setlist literally while on stage. These 4 guys have not had the ability to physically rehearse together as they are from different states and been busy working in other bands. 3 if these guys even played a show with Micky Dolenz recently. I doubt that would happen if they were not technically proficient musicians. It's not easy to keep calm under pressure in a band of people who you don't perform with often. I'm sure most of the audience had no idea they were stalling for time, just assumed it was a little mistake, so they actually are better than you'd think . 🤷♀️ The original cast won't be around forever, and need to Starr introducing the next generation of Fab Four. Every pro started as a beginner, you have to start somewhere. Also this festival is notorious for not paying or paying very low, so I'm sure the band didn't consider it top priority. People attending also didn't pay specifically to see Fab Four, they came for the original bands/headliners and other acts that perform every year there..so they don't really know or care who's on stage
Gavin is Great as always..Adam looks fantastic, but..(always a but..! ) if you listen both he and this Paul are well suited as they sound ( when compared to the ORIGINAL Recordings for tone) sound like they are on Helium -not a dig as musically they are very good. & have great energy. But being old school. Ardy Sarrat & Ron McNeil sonically are the real deal...when you compare their voices it to me ( I used to run sound boards for bands) its like comparing The Beatles to The Chipmunks sing the Beatles. and before anyone knocks this..Just listen to both
The Fab Four have many "understudies" / alternate cast members they use who are from other bands or who are freelance..all are high quality performers.

Ardy is still in the band and touring, he and some of the other members and some of the substitute/ alternate cast members were performing a Fab Four show in another state at the same time of this particular event.. the main cast members are all still very much active and touring
