I love how all “barriers” in this game are purely knowledge based, you could, from the very start of the game, do in a couple minutes what the nomai couldn’t do in thousands of years in reaching the eye of the universe if you just simply know enough, all of these things are just there waiting on you to piece the pieces of the puzzle together

This is the first time I've heard of Skurry. I'm just a huge Outer Wilds fan. But holy shit, they were in the perfect place when the sun blew up for the first time. Most people miss it, but they had a perfect view. Good shit.
I heard the Outer Wilds music in your History of Hungry Knight video and I looked through your entire channel to find you playing this game. Can’t wait to watch this!
Finally! Okay Skurry, I will take the fact that this Video is over an hour long as a personal apology to me for delaying it so often. Apology accepted. And thanks for your content :D
I could say that Hollow Knight is my favorite game ever made, since I've played and enjoyed it SO much (about 300h), but this game definitely takes that title for me. The space nerd in me loved every single part of this, every concept, puzzle, dialogue, planet, death, lore piece. It really is a shame I never get to experience a first playthrough again, because the progression in this game is your own knowledge of the game. But that progression system is also my favorite part. I'm glad you played this Skurry, and got to experience this wonderful game.

Outer Wilds was one of the greatest games I have ever played in my entire life and even that is an understatement. The soundtrack is incredible to a point where I get chills every time I listen to it. The way it covers existentiality genuinely change my outlook on death. Plus the style and world itself is incredibly beautiful and left me in awe everywhere I went. Finally the ending was perfect and truly is something I will never forget. And on the off chance that you are reading this comment while you watch this video PLEASE go play the game for yourself. I know its not for everyone but the story aspect of it just incredible. Simping for this game is literally a hobby of mine at this point I love it soooooo much. Lastly for Skurry I just want to say that I love your content and was really excited when I saw that you played this game.
I liked this, this is such a cool game and it was really interesting seeing another person wander through it, and explore it in all its glory. This is one of those games that I feel like I'll never really forget.

You were the last person I was expecting to play Outer Wilds, but I'm so glad you did! You've managed to condense such a rich and dense experience into just an hour while maintaining almost everything important to the journey. This was a blast to watch, and I can't express how glad I am that you went in blind. That big bang at the end always brings me to tears. Thank you for playing this game

This video came out yesterday and that was the moment I knew I had to finish my Outer Wilds game to avoid spoilers and watch this in peace. Finished it just now. This game is a masterpiece. Crowning jewel of the walking simulator genre. Awesome to see you play it. )
I have been looking for new Outer Wilds content to consume after finishing the game so realizing that one of my favorite people on UA-cam and Twitch has played it was really fun!
More than any other piece of media, I wish to be able to replay this game for the first time again... While that will never happen, I can always relive this experience vicariously through other people, like you. I don't know how many playthroughs of this game I've seen so far, but this has to be one of the best. I regret not being there for the entire thing, though.
I put off watching this until i played it myself. Just finished it yesterday and its a hecking experience. Its the first game thats managed to get me to cry. There’s something so depressing about walking around the remains of a dead civilization. Standing in the abandoned vessel reading undated transcriptions from nomai preparing for the end of the universe. All while waiting for your own star to die. The ending was what really got me. That point where you had to watch the stars wink out one by one was just so overwhelmingly sad. This is definitely one of my favourite games and it was fun watching you play through it
Just watched this after finally having played Outer Wilds myself. The most amazing thing to me is that I was in the exact same place when the sun exploded for the first time in my playthrough. Such an awesome moment too - that first time hearing the 'End Times' song and watching the sun collapse.
The real shame is how similar the names are. One is just another regurgitated Bethesda like RPG, though more polished than any of their games ever will be. The other is an absolute masterpiece I can't really imagine being surpassed any time soon.
@@SondreGrneng something similar happened to OneShot on its release. It released along side Undertale and no one payed attention to it, even tho I personally think is even more emotional than undertale.
Yknow what the funniest part is, in all of it?
