STRING Launcher VS RIPCORD Launcher | Beyblade Test and Comparison

A MUST WATCH VIDEO!!!
To settle this long term debate, I made this video as a test and comparison between the STRING Launcher and RIPCORD Launcher, to determine which one is better between the two. As for the test themselves, I have conducted them properly to ensure that I can measure the times, so sit back and enjoy the video!
And for those who want to implement this idea in their videos as I don't have every launcher at my disposal, feel free to do so.

I was suprised at how unexpected the results were. I always thought string was more powerful but ripcords can hold their own! (Especially LL2. Wow)

Ripcords, They are better if they are takara tomy since the fake ones have Bad ripcords that skip the gear.

The main point is that ripcords depend on your strength more then string launcher does, however ripcords also have less control

i prefer the rip cord launcher cause its much more movarable and useble then the string launcher i broken 10 string launhers this year

You broke 10 already! 😱. Are you sure they're original and you've been letting go of the string at its maximum length? Cos using the wrong launching technique can damage the spring easily (I had to learn this the hard way).
But yeah, everyone has their preferences as well. Ripcord launchers are pretty cool and they're a lot less 'painful' to launch as you don't get whipped by the string.

I always break every ripcord launcher I use. After a few shots with max strength, they start jamming of skipping gears, it's so annoying. With string launchers since I focus more on technique than strength, I found them very durable and easier to control.

I like ripcord launcher because it is made of plastic and could not break so easily and when I try string launcher it's string allways broke when I strongly launch beyblade so which one you prefer tell me please

Since I’m used to rip cord I always pull REALLY HARD like trying to start a lawnmower type shit so when I use string it feels like I get less power because I can’t pull as hard

I prefer plastic rip cord, when u use all of your strength on rip cord plastic it will make your shoot have more stamina than string,

Light launcher 2 for metal fight doesn't work well when full force launch and when using a heavy Beyblade life twisted tempo

String launchers are cooler for sure but they're not really reliable compared to ripcord launchers in reality I would choose a ripcord launcher all day, they're cheaper and they last a lot longer also the power difference between them isn't super huge so I would just go with ripcords

ngl ripcords are easy to repair unless the gears itself break, it just has a spring lock which you can just remove and some gears. On the other hand, if ever string launchers break you have to deal with springs n strings that make it harder to fix and diagnose the problem. Plus you can easily modify ripcord launchers to be more powerful.

@@supermantrly unscrew the whole thing and take out the stopper, you can also superglue a thin strip on the side without the teeth on the ripcord like a piece of paper or cardboard for a more powerful launch.

String launchers are more prone to breaking compared to ripcord launchers. However, most string launchers shouldn't easily break unless you're using the wrong technique.

Yes I'm aware of that. Hence why I mentioned at the end of the video, that it would be great if someone else was able to replicate this test with a greater variety of launchers, to produce a more accurate result as I don't have all of them.
