I would really appreciate if you made a video on how to loosen up your body/create that wave effect with your entire body. I've been having issues with certain parts of my body staying rigid and still so I would love to know how you get that natural looking flow!

the quality of th editing and the instruction is impressive. I am into MMA and grappling and that level of understanding of movement on the ground is rare, in fact unseen, in my field. This video was all the more interesting as BJJ and grappling have growing "inverted guard" techniques where that very transition on the shoulder is not properly understood, thus compromising the cervical spine of those who are using it. I am convinced that your instruction would benefit elite grapplers. You might want to look into it as grappling is becoming mainstream and will be an olympic sport within 15 years I would say

Hand stands are not easy. I can't do them off the wall. Requires nice mobility of shoulders and upper back and stability. I practice against a wall for support.

Great explanation! I do have a question, every time I do this move for like a few times my shoulder will always get this bruise on my shoulder, so is that normal? And do you have any tips to avoid it? Also, even if I use a mat it is still really painful.
