If insurance is not generated yet, try asking them to tag your booking to Khivraj. Keerthi guys won’t respond to calls. Someone needs to visit everytime to get updates
Same thing with me too @keerthi Triumph. Made full payment on Aug 31st now it's sep 25th still not delivered. Registration is done but bike not delivered yet. No response for the calls too. For any updates have to travel to showroom in person. 😢

Keerthi guys give worst customer service and response ... We are still waiting for our bike after making full payment ...its been more than 20 days and no one tell us when we will get the bike delivered
Agree. See if you can talk to Khivraj and if they commit for early delivery, you can have your booking transferred. Do this only if your insurance is not generated yet
It's same in most showrooms. I am waiting past 12days after full payment on Khivraj. No receipt got yet. They told me delivery on next monday now. I'm having doubts as no insurance rto updates done yet.

I canceled my traveling to home town from Bangalore just because i may grt it this Monday. Now they are telling to wait this week end. It's ok if they are telling expected date of delivery. Here they are just giving false promises.
My suggestion is not to go to Keerthi. I think they are tuned like that. Zero customer service. You will never recieve any calls or updates. But usually after full payment, you should receive the vehicle in 15 working days 2:53
Same issues and no updates/phone calls received by Speed Motocorp Kolkata. Horrible experience when even the money receipt was generated after 4days of payment that too an incorrect one. They charge extra in the name of "smart card" and fail to provide basic updates.
Same bro. Atleast they gave you a receipt. It's been 15 days since I paid them full amount they are yet to provide me a receipt. What is the delivery time you have been given?

As for delivery my insurance and RTO process is complete and they asked me to take it but without permanent number plate. I won't risk it with their horrific service. Once you get the bike out of their compound you're on your own so I want to complete all the processes before delivery.
Tell me about it. I completed the entire payment with Bank disbursement on September 10. Insurance message came on Sept 21. And unfortunately no response from those guys. In fact they spoke rudely saying that RTO servers are down and we can't do anything so you will have to wait and you have no other option. Plus all I asked from them was for an update, and they never answer the call and when I call the reception and speak to them, all they say is that I am with a customer so we will get back to you and cut the call, and they never get back. The expected delivery date is moved to October 10th (Today is Oct 3). Highly doubt I will get it by then either.
Vaahan OTP generation should be done within 5 days of generating insurance. I am getting to know that the timelines are prolonged now due to more people making full payments to get the 10k benefit. Keerthi staff does not have experience in handling mass numbers of bookings. There were back to back holidays till yesterday and that might also have contributed. Keerthi guys usually make a set of files to be going in on Vaahan portal for a particular day. And there is no first come first serve there. One needs to physically visit to have some pressure added onto them. From OTP generation till delivery should take a weeks time

Mine took 4 days. I had to bug them everyday on calls. Regn number was generated on the same day as OTP. Timelines these days are more delayed as far as Keerthi is concerned.
You need to push them. I made frequent calls after nothing was done for a week. Then slowly insurance g we s generated and registration within 2 days of that. They take 3-4 days more for delivery.
Seriously i stay at hubli and this month at 1 i paid full payment of my bike just a bike registration otp was sent 3 days ago bt until now no updates at all....😢

The delays are more prolonged now. Keerthi customers are getting deliveries within a month now

Did you faced and instrument cluster issues like low engine oil or incorrect fuel level
Not yet. But the speedo and fuel gauge error is still there after service
