Fun fact: All of the guns you guys were looking at were heavily modified. The game allows nearly every gun to be modified beyond, so you can have a cursed and messed up P90 or Desert Eagle. If a gun is modified specifically, it becomes one of the variants from the gun it is based off of, or becomes a different gun with elements from the original. For instance, the Rattlesnake gun is based on a Remington MSR, but one of the modifications changes it to a hybrid of it and a M2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle.

Thus the german sights that are also used in G3,G36,MP5,HK11 and other Heckler & Koch products . Payday wiki and "Federal Arsenal" mod (wich changes fictional names of the guns to their real life counterparts) verify this too . Also , the rear sight drum is not just for "different size apertures" but to calibrate aiming in different ranges . At least that is what they told us in the army where we were using G3s ...
I can imagine when Overkill brought the Barrett into Payday 2, they looked at the barrel and were like "yep, this looks like it can be shortened," not knowing that the long barrel is needed for the recoil.

The 20mm gatling gun, I have worked with them on F15, loading those rounds are a bitch. they come in a trailer and if the air tank doesnt have enough air, you have to crank 1000 rounds by hand and thats not fun lol

With AP Slugs yes, like all shotguns We have 000 Buck, Flachette, Dragons Breath, AP Slugs, and Tombstone (not) Slugs (poison) for all shotguns. All with different upsides and downsides and synergies

The footage in the video is play on normal because the amount of non heavy cop for blue swat is very low
Payday 2 has a bunch of different difficulty settings and the highest, Death Sentence, really gives that name justice.
