Let's talk turkey. Brisket is king in Texas but most turkey breast is a popular seller in BBQ restaurants. It doesn't get as much social media hype as the rest of the smoked meats but trust me, it's right up there as far as sales go.
In this video we will season up these turkey breasts and show how easy it is to smoke it to perfection.
Tater recipe PLEASE! My mouth is watering for sure, thanks for your video's.
Been binge watching your channel. When i went to subscribe, i expected to see a few hundred thousand subscribers... this channel is WAY underrated!
Thank you for your comment, we enjoy doing these videos and giving our subscribers value on what we are putting out.
Cooked properly turkey is my favourite meat/poultry along with rabbit, love your channel brother here in Australia
Super video, I bought turkey breast by request of my 8-year-old son. He wanted turkey, and we have a smoker and tomorrow I will be cooking it for him, here in Pennsylvania. I hope that it is not too cold because the cooker works best in the hot summer and not so nice in the cold.
Arnie, brother, you’re making some magic with all of your work.
I wish you were my neighbor. Better believe I’d be trying to keep up and show that hospitality!
Thanks for the video. Living in Houston we now alternate traditional turkey and Texas style turkey each year.
Made this Tex style turkey last weekend. Kept the smoke light. It was delish. Thanks for posting and keep up the good work. Love your vids
Smoke turkey was very very tasty. Peppery kick was perfect.
That looks amazing! I bet it tastes even better, especially with the black pepper! Great job Arnie. Nombre, callate chattup!

I remember when I was a regional manager i use to go to Bone Daddy’s in Arlington, that’s when I had my first smoked turkey breast, I have never had turkey breast that moist being from California hahaha

Most turkey is bad but a good bbq of it is the best version in my experience
BTW, LOVE that big smoker, hope to get one like that someday...my Old Country Pecos is good, but need more space. And folks, pay attention to how clean this guy keeps his grill and chamber, mad props on that nan

You can do it!

Today yes on fb and ig

Hello Mr. Arnie. What would be the next best way to cook the turkey breast if you do not have a smoker? Thank You!
I got this one Arnie. Deep Fried . Inject with Tony Chachere creole butter and garlic.
If you don't have a smoker or grill, they are just as amazing in the oven.
Thank You Mr. Arnie. I do have a grill, so I will try to cook the turkey breast using that. Also, thank you for mentioning a grill. I am glad that I found your channel. Your recipes are delicious! I have made your salsa (the boiled version) twice so far and your fajitas and I plan to try more of your recipes.
Would this same method work with turkey breast from Costco? I love bbq turkey especially from Reyna’s bbq
Looks good as usual.
Thanks again!
Dang Arnie I’ve learned more about bbq from you than my Tios!
I have found an overnight brine using tequila as the liquid (cheap tequila works great) makes wonderful grilled chicken breasts. Do you think this would work with the turkey breasts?
Tequila for chicken brine? Definitely have to try that
@@randygarza186 I have found it keeps the chicken breasts moist and tender.
Gonna do 1 on the pellet grill next week
Love the hat!
Thank you. Subbed!
Nice cook 👍🏾
What kind of wood you use to smoke it?
it was mesquite and oak.
I'm gonna try this today!..looks like it can't go wrong..
Que ricooo❤ 🔥 Do you have a recipe for Cabrito? Thanks! 🤘
Not yet!
Looks amazing. I counted 5 ingredients.
Smoked Turkey lessss gooo
Hi Joe
very informative thx
Looks great!
Hi! One hour smoked then another wrapped is what I got. How long all together? Looks wonderful!!
@shneebop, Every brisket and every time I cook it's different, all depends on the size of the brisket and whether I'm cooking at 250 or 300. Most f my brisket cooks are from 10-12 hours, seems to be my happy place for briskets. I also have several other brisket videos on this channel, check em out. tnx
What kind of butter?
Do you ever use Wagyu tallow? Really good with smoked turkey . 2/3 butter & 1/3 tallow.
I use salted butter, Falfurrias brand. No i haven't used tallow, but that's a great combination.
You are the man!!! I need a good smoking hat like yours!:)
Great looking turkey breast the poor turkey is always getting left out of the party 👍🏼😃
Looks gooood
Hi Arnie, you mentioned in your Smoked Turkey Breast video that you were going to post the recipe for the “Twice Baked Potatoes?” I can’t find or locate it anywhere in your other videos or online. Can you please Share the recipe or Post the recipe somewhere for your Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe? Many Thanks………
Hi there, it wioll be posted today on FB and IG, maybe as a short here too.
tnx
as someone who found your channel in the last 6 months, I have to say... bring back the long hair!
Did you use Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast Cutlets or White Turkey Breast Tenderloin?
Mmmmmm!!! Butter Hey my Dad use to wear that hat. I have it hanging in the garage
on a hook still after all these years, Arnie hey would a love your grub brother,
I judge a good BBQ joint on their smoked turkey like a judge a good burger joint on their mushroom'n'swiss.
Gotta shake things up.
Grind your pepper fresh!!
I love me some turkey breast. Like brisket of birds!!!!!
What temp do you wrap and pull?
Wrapped at 150-155
Where do u get those salt and pepper containers from?
Good vid...do you think its worth the effort to de-brine then in a bowl of cold water abt 10-15 mins? I dlwaysceorry abt turkey being too salty
Where do you buy uncooked turkey breasts? I live up in the DFW area and can't find them.
HEB
I’ve gotten them in Kroger in both freezer and refrigerated sections.
What kind of wood did you use?
oak
You throw ese !!
I hit "Like" for the great video.
I hit "subscribe" for "Wowie Gazowie".
I too love smoked turkey at restaurants, and it doesn't get enough credit. To me, it's better than ribs.
Ur lying
@@TomManning-cs4el UR mistaken, and have bad grammar.
What’s the finished temperature?
Ideally 160-165, this one went over and it was still moist
Maybe try Mayo as your binder next time
Another recipe for potatoes is called "sinful potatoes"
