Such a dramatic, dark, and enthralling theme for this mysterious, two-faced character. Makes me think what the hell the fandom did with her, taking everything epic and wonderful out of her, throwing it away, and turning her into something empty that doesn't even resemble what she is in the game, that character which so easily managed to become my favorite.

EpicNolegs I've always wondered that since they almost always have different intentions for getting involved so the FInal Boss changing would fit well. But it is a one-man job basically so I imagine he just can'thandle the extra workload... he should explore the idea though,since you can't continue to run a series with the same song and dance forever. Heck,it wouldbe nice to see different set of bosses for each playable,but that would probablybe unreasonable for just one guy to develop (it'd be like making more than one title at once).
Also we totally would listen to 70+ Touhou themes. Only reason I haven't is because I haven't played Touhou yet and want to limit my exposure to these songs as much as possible. I already got spoiled on like, 6 themes, and maybe 2 spellcards, so I'm trying not to get spoiled any further until I can finally one day experience this game for myself. For now I can't play it yet so I just listen to the songs I've already been spoiled about and has heard in full.
Inaba-san has such a calming theme, but it has that slight tinge of insanity to it that really makes you cautious when you're up against her. When I had to fight her for the first time, I knew something felt...strange. Some of the notes sound slightly off compared to the rest of the song's melody, but that's what gives it that frantic lunacy feeling. It was obviously intentional. Overall, not my favorite Touhou song, but definitely my favorite character in Touhou.
It's such cool ability-pairings with the characters. Reisen - Moon rabbit, wavelength manipulation, guns (bullets) Sakuya - Maid, time manipulation, knives Utsuho - Hell raven/Yatagarasu, manipulation of nuclear fusion, nuclear power, also ⑥ Cirno - Fairy, ⑨, ice...... I just love Touhou :D
She fires bullets from her fingers, and can cause lunacy by looking you in the eye. She also has rabbit ears and one of the most awesome themes in video game history. What more does Reisen need?
I love this theme, the sense of defence and loyalty in it is amazing, as well as the sense of mystique that is apparent for each of the moon arc characters.
This song has all sorts of mood swings... It goes from kind of upset, then sort of peppy, back and forth, and then a rock part. It's very interesting! In fact, the character seems interesting, as well!
Which is why the Kumikyoku Series is successful for bringing fans of many animes, games and many more come together listening their favorite songs or tracks in one song. Man! That is why I enjoy the Kumikyoku Series so much for the unique combination of different songs played as if they were having an episode.

+Tōshirō Hitsugaya Pitch is a little higher here but yep, it's a VERY close match to the MMX5 track (also labeled Virus Stage 4 in some videos). The sad this is that iconic part comes at the beginning of the loop, which makes the borrorwing more obvious. Had the composer sampled amother part or arranged it slightly differently, it wouldn't have been so obvious.
