Yes it is, it's written in the description.
*- What's the BPM of the song?*
It oscillates between 135 and 520 BPM. The beginning is running at 270 BPM, and the first break is 155 BPM. Then it speeds up up to 520 BPM. The chorus is 300 BPM and the bridge between the first chorus and the second verse goes from 300 BPM to 270 BPM. Then the second break is 135 BPM, and the final chorus is 300 BPM for the first part, and 320 BPM for the last part. After that the song keeps running at 320 BPM.
*- What genre is this?*
Speedcore.
*- Are you going to upload it to Newgrounds????????*

Probably not, as this song is a remix so it causes licensing issues, sorry! This applies to basically all of my remixes (including Scattered Faith), but I will probably upload my original tracks one day though, stay tuned!

Long Explanation:
Nue Houjuu was inspired by a myths creature like Yokai called Nue.
Some says that Nue is a tiger Youkai, some says she is snake Yokai. But Nue is known in Heian Period (Era of Japan). A sign that Nue is about to make appearance usually started weird bird chirping. And feared on Heian Era. That's why her theme named Heian Alien. Besides that she is weird looking creature, and it seems she is a creature that cames from outside earth.
Nue Houjuu had an ability to make objects become Defineable or Undefineable. Just like objects in Touhou 11, the gate key of Makai turned into an UFO looking objects. She also can make herself become undefineable (Flying Orb). That's why the BPM of her theme are intense and unique.

For me it sounds kinda tragic.
I don't know Touhou lore in anyways, but that ending feels like a last scream of pain, anguish, suffering, whatever you would want to call it.
Take it the title of the song for example, "Galaxy Collapse". Not only this song sounds like a total collapse itself, but the ending sounds like the very last moments of the said galaxy.
As a futile scream of despair, the galaxy gets erased slowly. Screaming for help that will never arrive, striving for a light that will never shine, the galaxy collapses within itself, and only the silence remains.
Fun fact: if you play this at 11pm :56min:58sec, the "Somebody scream" will appear at 0:00 in the next day. Also Happy new year 2023🎉

I love how the song starts quite dark yet the ending sounds very triumphant, as if the song congratulates and embraces the player for completing the song. It's just a simple key change but it's pretty effective in adding a movement into a song

The increase in quality of Kurokotei's songs from Galaxy Collapse to some of her more recent ones (Le Porteur d'Ombre, Self-Dissociation, etc) is huge. It's a shame that the newer songs are overshadowed by GC. Don't get me wrong, GC is a solid song/remix, but I wish more people would try listening to songs past it.
Galaxy Collapse has this peculiar mix of teenage angst, nostalgia, and pure chaos that makes it relatable.

For most people outside of Japan it quite obscure, Touhou is self-publish by ZUN and he doesn't want to commercialize on the work so that it is fully driven by fans and the doujin circles. Touhou could be kick off in the West but ZUN doesn't want to, and it kina too late for that, somewhere around 2008 would be great for that in my opinion.
