Very nice I have a smart home here in a America and I really love it. I can unlock and lock my doors turn on the lights and a/c and also talk to my guest or delivery ppl from my home or from anywhere in the world. Awesome
Lovely house and beautiful video no doubt but this is how low our standards have fallen as a people. We finally are able to build "properly'' with straight lines and basic home/kitchen appliances and we call it ''Premium''. Before you come at me, remember it is N65,000,000 for the house without furnishing. This should be the basic standard and finish for every mid-level housing. Premium is a whole different interpretation.
Honest comment and yes you are right. This is a mid range product in developed countries not premium. Rooms are a little bit small, the interpretation I have is the developer is from Europe or is European influenced. Rooms are as same as they are in the UK and carpet flooring is common in Europe. However, it is a well constructed property and screams professionalism. Hopefully the other 99% developers/builders in Nigeria will learn from this
The owner called it premium. She is justifiably proud of her house. Whether others agree is their issue. Moreover Nigeria is a developing country so there is no need to bring in the superiority of developed nations. Our hope is to have an environment suitable for growth.

In 200 years from now, Nigeria's housing sector will improve and Nigerian govt will provide equal standard of housing to both poor and rich and even when the extremely rich talk about "PREMIUM FINISHING", it's maybe going extreme using gold finishing or animal skins.
Then at that point, the true luxury/premium isn't furnishings, it's privacy, serenity, space and closeness to nature.

I know right...It’s so much better!! I do not like when realtors show newly built houses that are unfinished, poorly constructed or empty. The purpose of staging homes is to have people like us want to spend our money and why we need to spend our money on certain properties. However, there are exceptions. If I’m looking for an older home that I can refurbish or renovate, I can understand the need for a realtor to try to sell me a rundown home. Landwey has truly done their research. I wouldn’t be surprised if all their homes sell out before the end of the year👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

What a beautiful home . It is hard to believe that it only cost $65,000,000 Naira, which it is the equivalent of $157,575 USA dollars. A house like that in Upstate NY will go for over $1,000,000 USA dollars.

This is close to perfection , the only thing missing here like almost everywhere in Nigeria is a beautiful garden in backyard/courtyard . I don't understand why we africans with our beautiful weather prefer to spend all our our time inside instead of creating an Eden outside...

Love the added connected kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom area that could be used for owners family member/s or guest; also love the loft is neat; truth be told the whole house is right nice.
You have every right to be proud girl. I recall seeing the ads when the coy started rolling out. The only catch is that the bedrooms aren’t so spacious…..but that’s subjective.

I have seen so many of your videos. But this house particularly speaks to me. I will say it is the best I have seen in how everything was put together. forget the extravagance of some of those million dollar houses. This one if the real deal.
probably the only house I have seen in Nigeria with great finishing. Our builders don't do well with finishing and the owners seem not to care. I don't understand how people spend so much money on properties and setlle for just whatever. It's unacceptable to me.

A really beautiful garden with enough space outside is missing for example. This is mandatory for PREMIUM. Look in the US you'll never see PREMIUM without an Eden outside
