Hello Aroosa, I understand you're using cellophane but clearly they're all different. I bought it but it's completely soft and not really flexible to create a cone. I think I would need advise exactly what kind of cellophane to buy. I'm also in UK.

near the aisle of gift wraping paper rolls u will find cellophane rolls these ones r the ones u wud want to look for
